Paula is very knowledgeable and friendly and is amazing with customer service
Jim T | Overall ExperienceMy unit was broken into from the unit behind mine and absolutely nothing was done about it. They claim to check on units daily but could not give me an exact time of when the incident happened. The access badge they give you should record date and time of access but they could not provide that either. I believe it was an inside job as there is always someone who lives on site.

Selaima L | Overall ExperienceThis facility has always been professional polite and super helpful and if they couldn't help they go out of their way to find it ...I had my unit for two years upgraded to a bigger one and after three more years it wasn't fees able or financially bare able to hold onto it so had to let things go...very sad day hoping beyond hope I get my birth certificate but no such luck yet...they even gave it a valiant effort to forward it to me if they did...Thank you to all the staff that put up with the days and times I thought I would just lose it
