Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was told the unit is air cooled but its not
Anthony G | Déménagement en lignePaula was the perfect employee
TRAMMELL T | Expérience généraleDo to the location of it it’s above average but the staff was great from the beginning and end of my day yesterday. Renting a truck to closing my unit great staff thank you.
Bertha C | Expérience généraleThe staff there was very helpful in every way even though I lost my store... thank you for all the help.
Shane F | Expérience généraleGreat crew I will be back. Thank you Paula
Michael D | Expérience généraleThe manager was the best always willing to help never a delay right to the point . She was great thanks
Raheem S | Expérience généraleOn July 6th, 2026, I was informed by the Manager that my storage had been broken into. Upon arrival it was discovered that half of our belongings had been stolen and a few items were destroyed. Another 5 units next to mine had also been broken into. While I understand that U haul is not responsible for our belongings, I find it extremely upsetting that the area that was broken into was a blind spot/ no camera view... As informed by the Manager when I asked. As a business that collects monthly rent, there is an expectation that there should be adequate camera coverage. Why was it that the entire row of storages has zero camera coverage? Suspicious also.
Chantelle G | Expérience généraleI think when storage is rented we are over what we need but considering we’re having the kitchen remodeled. I out coffee maker juicer 1 set of dishes things of such. I thank u Haul for the accommodations for-my short stay.
