Ernie and Nick are great. They make the moving process very simple. They are very professional with all the customers even when the customer gets out of line and are rude or "unpleasant". Nice way to say the customer I was in line a jerk and I myself would have not put up with the customers attitude. I will keep coming back to this location anytime I have any moving needs. Thank you Earnie and Nick.

Climate control in storage was subpar

The staff that assisted me in Dallas Harry Hines and Northwest location was very friendly and professional with assistant in completing my one way reservation. The gentlemen who assisted me in Oklahoma City was also very friendly and professional. I have been using U-Haul for years and I have seen from previous reservation a marked improvement in the level of service and professionalism.

The U-Haul representative that was helping me was polite and professional when another gentleman came in with a question. No contact with me and had a question from the guy helping me and said "what are you doing for this guy". I know this seems petty but the tone and the situation was extremely disrespectful. I was participating in a haul back for UHaul and didnt feel appreciated as a customer or someone helping. Disappointed only in the reps statement and demeanor when addressing me as "this guy".

Nicholas was great! But, he was clearly short-handed. This is a big facility and he was the only one answering phones, working on equipment, moving trucks, checking trucks, sending out receipts, inspecting returned vehicles/trailers. U-Haul needs to hire at least one more person for this location and probably two.

The person.that helped me wasnt very welcoming. He didnt properly secure my hitch signal light properly and it fell off somewhere and I had no lights on the trailer didnt know how long I was without.could have caused acxident. He did not even offer to replace it. So very disappointed.

I had to wait a while because the guy working that day was by himsellf. He was extremely nice and helpful . U-Haul needs to hire more workers like him and he needs help in that store . But he made my experience excellent even with the wait

This lady Christy is always rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. That's why I tried picking up in the opposite direction in Yukon because of my last experience here.

They were very rude and unfriendly. They gave me a hard time about everything.It took them 30 minutes to check me in because their computer system wasn't working. And it wouldn't send me a link to upload my drivers license. And because of this, they were threatening to cancel my reservation. Then when they finally took my drivers license and figured out how to upload it to the system manually (30 minutes later), they gave me a van that had a flat tire. Avoid this location if you're renting anything from U-Haul!!!!

Trailer was in bad condition. Tires were over inflated and tread was not good. The actual trailer was hard to use it was rusty and dirty. The hitch was old and had no way to make sure it would not unscrew. The door was rusty and hard to open. Trailer should be retired.

The people - friendly - especially the guy who helped load my vehicle onto the transport. If the truck weren't dangerous, this location would have received 5 stars. The truck's alignment was off - way off. The steering wheel needed to be held at a 45 degree angle for the truck to drive straight. I was frightened for the entire 500 miles.

People who have storage upstairs they need to build ramp to get appliances up and not 12 flight of stairs.

I cannot think of one way you could improve! The move was seamless from the start - months ago with estimates to yesterday when my Box was picked up empty from my destination. UHAUL ROCKS! Very pleased I did not use anyone else.

Overall the service I received from this UHual location was wonderful. The person who helped me was very professional. The only complaint I have with UHual, was the fact that I had to come back twice. Along with renting a truck I also rented a car dolly. As I was checking out I was informed that I would have to come back for the dolly as I was NOT permitted to unhook the dolly once it was hooked to the truck. For me this was a great inconvenience as I had to drive 20 miles to load the truck then 20 miles back to UHual to get the car dolly. So all in all I had a 60 mile trip just to get my moving job done and headed down the road. I found this to be great inconvenience on my part with all the unnecessary drive just to get going.

My unit and my unit alone was broken into and the manager Valarie called me ten days later to let me know of the incident. Very unprofessional and wrong on so many levels, also when I questioned her about it she began to yell and got very frustrated with me like she was the victim.

Wasn't the type of storage I requested. I wanted a drive up one. Instead had reserved a storage that have to climb 13 stairs put su Stuff on a cart and wheel it to our unit. It'd a hassle cause my boyfriend has to do most of the hauling up/down the stairs cause I can't do stairs alot.

I want to thank the employees who work at this particular uhaul for being patient and working with me when on my unit. I had to leave my property in storage longer than I expected to and money was tight. As long as I kept in contact and let them know the situation they worked with me. I'm very appreciative and grateful to the wonderful employees at uhaul.

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it took me a couple days to get moved in and I ended up getting a phone call asking if I had moved out, before I ever moved in. It ended up being an employee error but I was a little taken aback by it.

The team at the SW 29th st location was the best! Every team member I spoke with was so kind and went above and beyond to make my experience great. I accidentally left my storage lock keys behind when I moved in and the manager texted me to tell me she had them and would keep them behind the desk until I could come pick them up. That's just one of the many ways in which the team helped me. I loved this location and the available storage facilities but the employee there is really what makes it a great place!

Staff was fine at the location and did what they could. Somehow my reservation for a first floor locker was lost, even though i had reservation numbers and everything booked a while back with my truck and trailer. In fact the whole first floor was booked up. Instead i had to settle for a smaller locker on the second floor, with no elevator, and was not able to get my bigger furniture items into storage and have to find another place that I can keep them.

the computer system was not easy to navigate, several times I tried to pay my bill online but it would not let me until after the due date, thus I had to pay a late fee,

If it could go wrong, it did. All unavoidable things and all on me, not the staff. They were over the top accommodating and made my mess ups so much more bearable. So very thankful for calm and smiley as well helpful staff during my stressful, unexpected move.

Ms Carpitcher was super friendly, willing to put up with me changing my mind on unit size…AFTER she had made the contract and I signed all the pages. So she patiently did it all again. She had 2 trucks that were going out soon, she warmed them up for the people who rented them. (It was VERY cold). She seems to go way above and beyond for her customers. I truly hope Uhaul realizes the asset they have in this manager.

We reserved a 10x15 foot storage unit through uHaul's website last week and were greatly disappointed upon arrival. The storage unit access was through a door smaller than the average front door of a house. This could be expected if it was a smaller unit, but a larger unit would by default have a large garage style entrance. There should be a disclaimer noting this on the website, because we could not fit our couches or other large furniture. Due to the door issue, we had to find another storage facility last minute and it was a terrible inconvenience.

It's in a very bad part of town and the storage units have a chicken wire roof so this is not a secure location if someone were to break in. On top of that there was a rat trap in my unit. Also it is a 2 story storage building with no elevators to cart heavy items to the top floor.

You dont pro rate the fee when moving out? I was also charged a late fee so 1 week cost me $90. Thats as big a rip off as ive ever seen!!

I am so pleased with my entire experience, wish I could give more ***stars*** This move was sudden and totally unexpected. Less than a week to be back to OKC after almost 3 yrs in illinois! Everything that could go wrong in a 13hr drive with a 87 lb dog, went WRONG!! I was exhausted stressed and running late. When I contacted them to let them know I was working fast as possible to unload and get it in , they nicely interrupted my explanation and gave me a 24hr extension with no late fee then told me I had free storage for a month since I was coming from out of state I could not believe after all my worrying that I could not only could just stop and rest awhile before unloadin but I would have a much more convenient and safe place to store my things while I figured out my next step in relocating. And the friendly people and service proved a constant the entire 3 months that I rented the unit... Absolutely top notch service All around!!
