Not only is the customer experience with the staff far more pleasant, it was far cheaper in rent, and my belongings were also kept safe from rodents! I can actually use my items instead of having mouse you-know-whats deeming them a biohazard. Thank you for having a clean, safe and secure facility to keep my belongings... it was a pleasure doing business with you.

JOHN SI would recommend this location, they were incredible considering what I went through with U-haul rental.. However, I would not give U-haul reservation the time of day. Mike cancelled my reservation before my pick up time and gave my truck away as we pulled in to pick it up. Why make a reservation? If Penske was open on a Saturday I would have gone there. I WOULD NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN.

ROBERT MFifth time renting from this location, the time in and out picking up the truck was less than 10 mins. The truck was older but clean and in good shape. Check in took less than 5 minutes, and as always the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

JAMES RWe were charged more than we thought for mileage and gas when we filled it with gas. The ad for 19,97 is misleading. They charge for a lot more things after that. Be sure you understand everything before you leave or else you will get billed more like we did. We won't use them again.

I was told that they would send me a email notice that the unit was vacant and that there was no balance due. A couple of days later I received a notice that rent was due soon. I called their # and was told that the unit is still showing that it is being occupied but they would look into it and get back to me. Well the next day I called again not hearing back from anyone and was told again that they would look into it. Finally the day before another months rent was due I received an email vacated notice. If you deal with this company make sure that you get proof when you vacate the unit especially if you pay with credit.

This faculty was full (no empty units available) until I emptied mine. I was told this by the staff member. I'm sure they will rent immediately so U-Haul will be getting renting twice for the month of October.

The only concern is the dumpster is licated diagonally a ways from the office and entrance. There are frequently kids dumpster diving, literally, removing every item in the dumpster to the bottom. 1-2 kids jumped into the dumpster, guessing it is not in reach of security cameras distance. I'd think U-hail is a large business and when one of those kids get injured, or worse, U-haul will be no longer in business. Please take action to end this . Not like tge kids were "in need", as tgey had expensive bijes and wore football jerseys which, from experience, are quite expensive. Thank you!!

The owner was great, he credited the remaining time on the month I had prepaid to the new unit and gave me a full 24 hours to switch my unit to the smaller one. The facility smells clean and they were running the floor shampooer vacuum. I totally recommend this facility.

I called the main number and she said there was nothing she could do, that the office was closed and I would have to come back in the morning. In the matter of 72 hours the staff totally made my partner and I feel like outcasts, they followed us everywhere, had one employee who came up and acted like she had dementia (or maybe she did) and talk to us for half hour each time, so she could scope out our storage, come to find out she actually lives in one of the units. The hours were 8am-9pm. The doors locked and you couldn't get in if you tried. Well the series of unfortunate events lead me to get a storage, along with no transportation and the beginning of being homeless. I was there at the facility when it opened with my belongings I moved by foot during the night, I was there several times during this 72 hours, and sometimes I was there longer then expected. However I had to fit my whole life into this small space and have access to it daily and know where the things I needed were especially in a hurry. So I took my time unpacking, and organizing. We were followed to the bathroom, and then bothered multiple times while we were using the bathroom. Accused of taking one of their carts, and after they found it never apologized for their wrong accusations. When they told us they were breaking the contract and we had to leave the property, they said it was because we were trying to live in the facility. I think society has really started to judge everyone based on the situations they have had to deal with in the past. It's sad, awful, and disappointing.

He is a person's person and has complete common sense and is also understanding. My family was homeless for 22 months and I am glad I walked into his store. I hope to eventually get my stuff into a forever home but until then and after if I ever need storage or U-Haul truck rental that is my store and I have told others to go there and they have. Thank you to the whole staff of Adults and they are really great people. I never do these so great job guys and again they are wonderful to deal with and super helpful.

A Hand Truck should also be Provided. Price Increase after 2 months was Ridiculous. When I was moving the last of my Items into the Facility I was stepping on Roaches. (NOT Palmetto Bugs). Access Doors should be Larger. When only 1 Rental truck fits in the Bay because the others are to small I think u screwed up. Seemed like U-Haul was trying to screw u over for every little thing with all the Extras. Below average rating is Because of the Bugs/Price Increase/access to carts.
BRIAN B | Expérience généraleThe entire staff is extremely helpful with kind attitudes. If there's an issue it is address as quickly as possible. Storage units are very clean, so are the restrooms. I do wish the lights had sensors in storage units, to know that you are in there. Because it does get very dark in some of those units when those lights go out. To get lights on you'll need to leave your unit and walk till the lights come back on. Either way very nice place.

After the initial interaction with the staff and first impressions of the facility, I was gratefully surprised. The building is well maintained, brightly lit and clean. PLENTY of parking. Chad was right in the spot through each experience. It was nice to have a service where they actually seemed like they cared. From the customer side of things, the place seemed very well operated. 5 stars, would recommend.

A little education to you is that hearing aids are set to amplify noise and those doors are extremely loud on top of the hearing aid it is awful.

You should only allow customers to use one cart at a time and not allow them to load a cart and let it sit loaded without moving for extended periods. Every time I came to the facility it was difficult to get a cart.

I call and uhaul after two hrs moves my reservation farther down the road then I can't get in. Is it's after 10pm so then I had to pay up front online and on phone cuz they couldn't say if the first uhaul was going to let my contract go and I get my first month rental free like online said so then they said they refunded the monthly charge to my acctount then when I get the truck rental charges ack there's almost 80$ in charges that I was in aware of

The facility appeared to be very clean, but still needs some painting and sprucing up! Appreciate the fact I was allowed to open a storage unit prior to the grand opening!
