Terrible experience. Made my appointment for a Wednesday. An hour into the appointment when I had already traveled away, they called and told me to reschedule, and said someone's car was stuck in bay. A week later (today) I have the appointment. Car gets done and tech leaves and no one told me car was ready. They were closing up and noticed I was still waiting.

I made a reservation, afterwards my truck size and pickup location was changed thank God I checked my reservation and talked with Kimberly she fix my reservation back and everything was great, why it got changed I don't know but great customer service.

I didn't catch the name of the guy who hooked up the trailer but he was fantastic and super helpful. Both folks there were knowledgeable, easy going and had no problems handling at the time what was a stressful environment.

Communicate better. I arrived on time for a noon appointment, only to be told someone who arrived a couple minutes before me had priority. I understand an.appointment.to mean that I have priority at the appointment time. In addition, the installer.took lunch before my installation, which eventually started at 1:30. I do not begrudge him lunch, but why schedule me during lunchtime? The hitch seems fine, but the scheduling snafu left a bad taste.

Frustrating that your website let me pick a location close to me when I placed the order, but it was moved to a different location for pickup after booking. Staff were great.

On going issue. Gas level isn't correct, I show the reservationist. They always say I will correct it and it's in notes. This Never Happens. I have to over fill or get charged erroneously. Fix this please.

The inside of the truck was filthy. The steering was sticky and disgusting. Staff at the pickup location was absolutely fine to deal with.

Was told the rental was 50 per day but got charged 150 at pick up. While driving to my location I noticed gas was leaking everywhere absolutely horrible

Nothing. I used the app to book the reservation. When I picked up the van everything went perfectly. The girl working was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The return process was even easier. The gentleman that helped me made the return painless, easy, and made me leaving feeling like UHaul appreciated my business. I'll definitely be using this location again for future events. Merci.

Beckey and the team provide exceptional service. Not just for me but to everyone. The staff wax knowledgeable and Friendly's. Answered all the questions I had. Helped me with several needed during my 3 years of storage rental. For the first day to my move out day. I have been completely taken care ifcand satisfied. My belongings safe secure ub damaged. The facility was always clean and maintained and accessible. The ower worked on site. This is a 10/10!

U-Haul provided great equipment to complete a long distant (cross the country) move. i would rent their gear for any move. Thanks to U-haul operators both sides of country for their help with my move. "FDR"

These guys are TOPS. They were busy as hell with a long lineup of customers, who were all keeping them running full tilt, and yet , when it was my turn, they STILL treated me like I was royalty!! Awesome AWESOMENESS with this team. I highly recommend this shop!! Thank you!!

From the people I spoke to on the phone to the people at the store the service was excellent. Please contact the Bremerton store on Kitsap Way and reward them for a recent widow.

First it took over 30mins to get everything ready when I did my reservation in line from the time i entered the store to departure and I was the only one in the store. The lady was slow at check out after she was in the Restroom for about 15min. The lady that greeted me did no know how to process my online reservation and was not good with computers. I never received my final receipt but was charged 82$ when the only receipt i recieved was charged 41$ so why other over charge I do not know and will be emailing separately in this issue.

A couple of points to make; 1) I've rented a van from this location twice within the past couple of weeks and have interacted with Tyler both times. He is friendly and efficinet. He even remembered me… 2) The van i rented was clean but the entire floor in the cargo seemed to have been whipped down with Armoral and as a result, was quite slipery. This is not good when trying to move heavy items inside the cargo bay when standing, hunched over. I would recommend discontinuing this practice!

Returned my trailer on Saturday, 4/5, around 4:30. The guy taking the returns was by himself and being pulled in about 20 directions but he was doing a great job navigating the line full of folks returning trailers and trucks. Also had a good attitude and was organized, with all things considered. Bad job by the management of this location, great job by this worker.

The online scheduling system is very poor. We had to make a personal trip prior to the scheduled date just to make arrangements.

The truck was clean inside and out! However, the sun visors were both broken and the drivers side door was missing a window crank. A driver needs that window to operate if being guided etc. Other than that, i was extremely impressed by the staff! They were very accommodating and polite! We also had courtesy calls regarding our reservation and she was AMAZING! I would highly recommend that Uhaul office.

The employees were speedy and very helpful. When I brought back the trailer, they were super busy, but a fine young gentleman came and got me unhooked and out of there much faster than I expected. I wish I remembered his name, but he is a keeper.

Waited in line for almost an hour to get my reserved uhaul. The provided pad lock and key was extremely hard to use to the point the key almost broke off inside the lock.

I'm a frequent user of 6x12 open trailer with ramp. Its a great trailer. Staff are very helpful.

Maybe make sure the trailer light wires are well hooked up. Even though they were hooked to the truck, they didn't turn on.

I've always been very grateful and thankful for the help I've gotten from this premises staff members. They've always been kind and considerate and very helpful. All of my stored items stayed safe, clean, and well dried and maintained throughout the three years they were stored at this facility. The storage that was originally reserved for me was not empty and I had to downsize. All of my thing couldn't fit in there so I was offered an additional storage space at no cost The additional storage space was the previous one I'd been assigned that had auction items inside. Very stressful experience despite the staff trying their best to be helpful. The system has to get better.

We have been happy overall with our storage unit; however, we recommend that you put motion sensor lights inside the units themselves as they are quite dark and it is difficult to see anything once you are inside the unit. Even small lights for safety would be helpful. Merci.

The Gorst facilities are far superior to those in Bremerton. Also it is closer to my home. For those reasons I decided to move out of Bremerton facility.

When i made the reservation 5/26/21 for 26' truck and rental unit, the rental unit was advertised to be free for the 1st month. I noticed immediately after confirming the reservation that I was charged $89.95. I sent an email right then saying this was to be free and to cancel if there is a charge. As of 06/01/21 I have not received a response nor a refund for this amount. The storage unit was not used and is not going to be used, I did not want it if it was not free for the first month as advertised when I made the reservation.

I was on deployment and they messed up my payment method, so i kept getting letters and calls about me not paying my bill. They also called and said the lock (that we bought from their store) was not a valid lock and threatened to cut it. Just overall a bad experience. Thankfully there are laws in place that prevented them from throwing out my stuff.

I began renting a storage unit at the end of April of this year; and since that time I paid every month by way of automatic debit. On at least one occasion the hinges of my door were tampered with; and I right away alerted the staff. (I was glad I chose the extra insurance in case of theft etc.) Throughout my time there many times I had to walk to the office and request they unlock the door during normal business hours; and found difficulty with my key-card working consistently. This was inconvenient as many times there were long lines and I got tired of waiting. When I was notified that my cost was increasing, and had moved to another location, I made the decision to exit and left the unit in good clean condition for which I have a whitness. After vacating the unit I spoke with the staff; and they retained my key-card; and issued a refund. Subsequently I received a late notice stating that I had not paid. I sent numerous emails and called to resolve the matter. By contract however, the truck rentals over the years has been helpful with easy transitions; and problem free service.

Customer service was not the best. Employees were not knowledgeable. Not at the initiation on the storage move in or at the move out time. They did not seem to want to help. Lone was moving extremely slow, they had no urgency. Very I'm pleased. Everything was completed and done. Will not go back since they were not helpful not even on the phone when I was trying to set up moving help and storage and truck reservations.

One of the U-Boxes had been apparently dropped and many items had been broken. Shawn, Misty, and Anthony were profoundly helpful and understanding in their support in managing the broken U-Box.

My only concern was after 3 YEARS of paying for storage there was no prorate for the month. I paid for all of June and expected a bit of a return. Hardly seems right. No I wouldn't store w/UHaul again

No one answered my calls also transferred me to a national call center s when they finally did (the transfer made no sense.) My u-box had forklift HOLES in the wall. Took ONE HOUR to give me access.
