Unit had some trash in the unit when I moved in and I cleaned it out when I moved out, my 1st day I pulled up to the facility at 10:10 and I was not able to get in to drop everything off I had to figure out a place to park the truck just so I didn’t go over my mileage, but other than that, the only person I met in the facility was Chris and he was an amazing associate

You need to fix your computer system. Every time I make a reservation it is under the wrong name and email address. I also receive other customers email receipts, quotes and questionnaires. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

I don't know, I never moved in and never visited the site. Can't say if it was good or bad. Rented the unit on line then forgot I didn't cancel. At 78 years old, I get a little forgetful. If I have a $5,95 refund, you can mail it to me at: Margaret S Umphrey, 29 Depot St, Brasher Falls, NY 13613. I am leaving Florida for the summer the end of this week. Be great and answer the phone like he did when I called. Was able to get a trailer in less than an hour! Awesome. I like to order online when I can but this was an immediate need and U-haul came through! Sometimes you need to talk to a person! Merci.

The whole rental experience was great but the two people I dealt with were the best part. I walked in without a reservation. Ray not only got me exactly the trailer I needed, but also clearly explained the setup in simple terms I could follow and repeat. I think Ray went above and beyond what I expected.

The location, the van, and Raymond (the agent I checked in with) were excellent. No surprise fees or conditions. I would go here again. The only aggravation is that when you call the telephone number given on the website, you are directed to download an app on your phone. This is a waste of our time and hardly passes for customer service. I do not want an app forced on me when a very brief conversation with a rep can answer all my questions. Do not act like a robot can actually help someone.

The Van I rented was wonderful. It was clean and handled like a dream. Perfect for my purpose. Hope the Ford is available this weekend again. Makes me think about getting one. Still going to rent in the meantime. Easy to set up and drop off.

The rate waa double what Impaid a day prior at a previous location. I know I said add the gas becauae I could not be up and down on my.leg but I know I did not use 4 gallons of gas in 3 hrs. I went to mynhome tobahed and tyen leas rhan 1.mile to take.truck back I did more the previoua day at another location $79 NO WAY. The associate was a sweetheart but I wont go back there because something did not add up that was almost $100

Every time we have an interaction with Ray or Michael it is always professional and courteous. I have never seen a time that either wasnt smiling and genuinely happy. Even when other customers seem grumpy, they always give a good morning, and how are you doing. Its always a pleasure doing business with them. My ONLY complaint is the company policy of the checkout procedure with all the photos, the questionaire. There is terrible WIFI and celular service in that area and trying to do ANYTHING over a cellphone is horrid and wastes so much time.

The person at the counter, complained nonstop about his coworkers, lack of work ethic and then when I called to inform them, I was running a little late with the return because I could not find fuel because the state is a declared disaster area due to the hurricane. They proceed to charge me for being a half hour late. They proceeded to charge me because he wasn't exactly where it was mighty there's no fuel in the state is my employee vehicle. He was charging all these extra things he literally squared up to me as if he was gonna fight me.

Tires were bald and cause to get stuck. Wanted to charge me $450 to get U-Haul pulled out. Instead I had to spend $156 with local tow company. Terrible customer help when I called in

No one was ever around when you needed something and the pricing was way too high. Spent almost 10 years there and when we let someone know we were vacating he was just in a hurry and rushed us to get out of the office.

They seem to be very busy at times Say Morning is one of them and they get overwhelmed. Add someone to answer the phones or at the busy times. My door on the storage unit is very hard to open and close the track needs to me lubricanted. I will tell them next time I am there as they were busy and I could not wait.

I told the Manager during the winter when it rained pretty hard that the down spout had only a trickle of water coming out. I said it's probably clogged with leaves and needs cleaning. The Manager told me not to tell him how to do his job. Two months later while on vacation, we had a bad storm and all the water piled up on the roof and caused 23 units to have their items get wet. I've used this facility since 2015 and never had a problem until the current Management. He's to young and has no respect for his elders. I moved my stuff to Extra Space Storage. Give them a call.

Our experience with this U-Haul facility was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help and answer questions. The manager, Mike, was especially helpful in communing with us regarding our move-out, as well as securing and picking up our U-Haul truck and being able to get into the facility and get started loading since we had a long drive that day! for Short while did have Customer care then tragedy happened and he was no longer there then the nightmare rawls got through 800 operators frequently sand we have no listing of a Brookswile UHaul overcharged had donbh Charged they were isay my card to pay for someone elses unit I verbally b phone and in person removed auto payment and even with account Chick no auto payment UHaul still charged my card Q. every month andI only had 1 unit. told to wait while they assist the person n the phone Call that came after I gave My account info sometimes back to back phone Calls. I reserved a truck littaul Changed the pick up location without notifying me. I found out when later verified my reservation themom pickup day between the office computer the soo operator and the Web site they have me picking up the same truck @ 3 locations and the truck was @ a 4th location and the nightmare goes on but enough of the story has been said and I no longer deal with littand I will say this reserved I large they rented the same unit to someone else And U tHaul frequents does Computer updates the employees will tell You EVERYTIME there is an update for many day It is a nightmare pressing you rental goes from 5 - 10 minutes to 2- 3 Hours !

Raymond Belanger went above a beyond to help me secure a unit. Staying way past his time and helping while having computer issues. The unit I went to see and subsequently obtained had a sticker on it stating it was cleaned by Chris melencki however it wasn't at all. I ended up sweeping it out. When asked about it and to have it cleaned Chris had a major attitude like I was bothering him. Not professional at all. I would recommend any one to go ask Raymond for help, he was awesome, friendly, and professional.

I live in Texas I drove 15hours to the 15334 Cortez Blvd Brooksville Fl 34613 to store my SUV that had been in an accident while in Florida I stored on this property. I completed the paperwork to leave my vehicle at this Uhal location . Maybe 15 days later I received an email telling from manager & President of marketing telling me that I had 30 days to remove this vehicle from there Uhal Premises. NEVER A REASON WHY in the email I started calling calling leaving messages calling no response from this manager at this unit. It may have been 7 to 10 days later I receive a certified letter in the mail again stating the same thing that was said in the emaile THAT I had 30 days to vacate my vehicle from these premises with no reason again I tried calling and calling the customer service people were awful kept telling me they would send them an email and let them know that I was trying to get a hold of them never got in contact with them still to this day haven't spoken to anyone I will NEVER USE UHAL AGAIN IM ONLY STATING WHAT HAPPEN WHEN I Finally was able to get a unit I won't even begin to tell you the problems I had with customer service called them about the 30 to 40 just to try find a locating to stir my SUV . The customer service was NOT GREAT they gave me a storage unit to park my SUV in which was a storage unit for your furniture etc. IT would take to much time for me to go into GREAT DEATAIL ABOUT MY Experience with Uhal I did have to drive back to Florida 15 hours there & 15 hours back to Texas to remove this vehicle from this Uhal location SO MUCH WASTED TIME & ALL THE MONEY I SPENT & the MONEY I SPENT AT UHAL. SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION & SO SAD. I will be sharing this experience with U-Hal with all family friends coworkers & anyone else that will listen. By the way I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN TOLD WHY I NEEDED TO MOVE Vacate my SUV OFF THESE Premises. Service POOR AT THIS LOCATION.

I needed a place to store my camper in an emergency. Mari Curths Went thextera mile to find me a spot. There was none available at the time. She made a bucnh of calls to get me a spot. She even went out of her way to returne my phone that I left behind My mind was not in a good place at the time. I also needed a tralier and car carrier at the time. The start of the rental truck beginning in Maryland was horrible and I had even thought about reporting to BBB The Maryland dealers were horrible, the first truck I was given was faulty and unsafe. The UHAUL customer service team were of very little use, they changed my info from the original contract that I wasn't even aware of until I arrived to UHaul Brooksville. . HOWEVER. Marie at the UHAUL storage unit was amazing. She calmed my nerves and made the remainder of my journey a pleasure. You can absolutely THANK MARIE for saving you a customer and restoring my confidence in using U Haul again. I can tell you that Marie is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable with everything UHaul. U Haul could certainly us more amazing people like Marie.

I would like to recognize Marie at the Uhaul facility located at 15334 Cortez Blvd., in Brooksville, FL. Marie is absolutely Excellent in every way you can imagine, her main concern was me, and my trip to Ohio, and she made everything easy for me, from renting me the 20 ' truck along with the auto transport, to moving out of my storage unit. I was elated & so very pleased to hear from my husband & son, that Marie was attentive to them and she even gave them water, she saved me a long trip back to the storage facility by doing something as simple as that. Marie had no idea the enormous amount of stress I was under moving back home to Ohio put on me, and that women has no idea how overwhelmed I truly was.From the time I walked in, she was patient, professional, kind & understanding, knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. She made me feel that my issue was also hers & we were going to solve each issue together one by one and we did just that. I want to thank God first & foremost for putting Marie in my path Marie

I did pay in advance for 6/14/2121 and returned my space back on 5/24/21. Why do I forfeit my monies when I returned my locker early? You will be able to rent it out no problem as I was told by Marie. Can you please explain.

The automated system was difficult to get through to speak with someone. I tried 2 days in a row to call and cancel service. I finally just moved my items and left the door open to allow someone to see. Merci
