MARIO SThis location and the one on Ave J were awesome. Ave J didn't have the truck I reserved and were able to immediately send me to Sierra Hwy to get what I needed. Later I discovered I also needed a dolly, and they were able to add it easily. My only concern was that when I picked up the truck it was parked very close to another truck, and I was unable to get a picture of that side before signing off on the inspection (visually it looked fine though).
VICTORIA BFor the past several years, I've had a storage space at Uhaul and the staff has been very courteous and professional. Lupe Diaz was the epitome of professionalism. The torch has been passed on to Tracy as the manager, and the great service continues. I would use them again, and definitely recommend their services.

Ernesto CI asked for a pick up truck rental and when I went to see which truck they gave me it was a whole UHaul truck. At that point I just took the UHaul because I was in a time crunch to get my fridge. It was way more costly than I was expecting. Other than that, staff was incredibly friendly.

GERALD GTruck was never inspected. I was issued the truck moments after a customer dropped it off. Went about 10 minutes down the road and the right passenger side popped. I would issued no refund whatsoever or compensation I spent two hours on the side of the road

HERBERT BAt first, the experience was great. Quick and easy. But looking back after all is said and done there was a couple things that bothered me. First, the extra $100 deposit I had to put down for paying cash seemed like I was being punished for that. Second, I would like to have at least been mentioned the fact that I have to wait for that extra $100 deposit refund because they are sending me a check by snail mail for the amount. All of that as irksome as it is would have been fine with me as long as they told me in advance. Finding out when returning the equipment isn't the best order of operations. The trailer had the left tail/brake/turn signal light go out on me after 10 minutes of driving and the overall condition of the trailer while functional just felt like it was end-of-life stage. Not a big deal but it was something noticed.

This did make it difficult to drive out of the parking space but not impossible. Tires where slightly low on air and the fuel left in the tank only had enough for 20 miles of range.

She truly stands out as a key player on your team, providing exceptional service each time I visit. Additionally, I am always impressed with how a vehicle is readily available whenever I arrive, even when I visit spontaneously. This thoughtful accommodation does not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for consistently providing such a positive experience!

Had to borrow a broom and dust pan from office to clean prior to putting my belongings inside. Also, I am positive that my unit was accessed by someone else as there was broken glass, jewelry that had been gone through etc on the ground of the unit when I did the final move out.

"KASL Printing & Graphics". Owner is Jack Karabibergian Their website is trash and it's from 1998. The owners email is kasl@earthlink.net!!!!! This is by far the worst experience I've had, usually it's super simple. Man this place has 0 customer skills. It was a wife and husband team, and the man has a temper problem and the husband lost his cool, and he even called me the B word because I couldn't find my ID in my purse fast enough. And then he proceeded to kick me out of the store. As I was leaving the door, he hit my already injured toe so I had to go to the hospital. I called the ambulance. The police showed up. This is such a terrible place. They need to be shut down right away!!!!!!!! Please fire this couple. They don't to represent Pasadena. One more thing, the toilet is always broken???? The unit was suppose to be one but was a former unit with 2 doors and both seals are broken and easily accessible by mice, snakes and bugs. I can literally put my hand in the opening or broken part of both doors. Staff was incredible and love them they just need more help to make sure units are clean and maintenance is done. I have UBoxes arriving and they are well ahead of schedule and ready for them. Employees are WONDERFUL

I made every attempt before I left to have a storage unit but just to get the run around. So I will not recommend to any family or friends.

Once they responded they put me on hold and didn't get back to me. I had a difficult time getting someone to open the unloading door that was locked. Employees were all bunched up talking in the front and didn't care to answer phones. Only nice employee was the lady who checked me in. Otherwise everyone else seemed careless who didn't want to work!

They were right next to where I was dropping off the trailer. They didn't even say good night and drove off. I left the trailer and took pictures for proof. I cancelled service after 4 days an use another storage facility that was able to get the size unit I needed. When the manager at uhaul had promise me it was available unit. I will not use uhaul storage services for storages the inconvenience cause me alot of unnecessary running around.

It kept saying there was an error uploading, but the staff asked me to just take pictures and that I would be okay. So I took pictures and told the staff about the scratches and bumps on the truck. Over all the staff was great!

Unwilling to accommodate or fix issues if Uhaul online reservations makes a mistake such as renting a truck at a specific location for a one way but then when you get there they only have a round trip truck available. Now everything is sitting outside of their storage unit with no truck. Its either wait to see if one becomes available and move everything back into the storage unit or pay the extra $100 in mileage. They represent each other but the facility acts like they have nothing to do with Uhaul. Very poor service this time around.

Also, they didn't supply the paid for furniture pads nor the other dollys I paid for. The truck was completely empty and employees has no concern while they were hurrying to count their money draws to leave for the day. The real kicker here was I was told they also didn't have available my reserved storage space needed to move all of my items (the purpose of having the truck). Then when I leave with the truck and open the back up at my location. There was NO equipment. No dolly no pads. Nothing. I am seeking compensation and damages. I had a paid crew ready with nothing to load the truck with and no where to bring it. Worst customer service and lack of integrity I have ever experience in a company. And you got the wrong one because I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the CFPB as well as the attorney generals office.

Herbert D | Expérience généraleThe day I was moving my things into my storage unit, I had trouble accessing the unit because the pull-down door was off track. The first thing I did was request assistance. I never did get assistance and I had to leave. I came back and the problem wasn't resolved. Although I tried more than 10 times, I could not reach anyone by intercom or by calling the store's phone number. My phone call finally was kicked over to an overflow line (I think) and this woman tried to help but was unable. I finally went up to the u-haul store and asked for help. After going back to my unit I waited another hour to get help. For my inconvenience, I was given a free lock for my unit. The only problem was that my storage unit was never locked. I had to go back up to the u-haul store, get the lock, go back to the unit, and then lock the unit. Very frustrating experience. I'm a patient person and I know it was very busy this day. It wasn't anyone's fault.
