Traci went above and beyond as a U-Haul employee providing ample information regarding my storage contract. I truly appreciated her kindness at 7 am on a cold winter morning. monica s. | Overall ExperienceCustomer service was friendly but was told if I didn’t get my stuff out immediately that day I would be billed for a whole month further when the manager told me that if I didn’t remove my padlock and by there disc lock they would cut mine off after I had been using the same lock for 2 months Also I need a 10x10 storage the price posted was $10 less than what they wanted to charge so I found a 10x10 for $125 uhaul wanted $175 need to save money Needless to say but I was disappointed overall

Brianne L. | First ImpressionsU-haul neighborhood Dealer 1665 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena For some reason the owner decided to build a printing shop that obscures the U-Haul place. "KASL Printing & Graphics". Owner is Jack Karabibergian Their website is trash and it's from 1998. The owners email is kasl@earthlink.net!!!!! This is by far the worst experience I've had, usually it's super simple. Man this place has 0 customer skills. It was a wife and husband team, and the man has a temper problem and the husband lost his cool, and he even called me the B word because I couldn't find my ID in my purse fast enough. And then he proceeded to kick me out of the store. As I was leaving the door, he hit my already injured toe so I had to go to the hospital. I called the ambulance. The police showed up. This is such a terrible place. They need to be shut down right away!!!!!!!! Please fire this couple. They don't to represent Pasadena. One more thing, the toilet is always broken????
