I can't say enough good things about this Uhaul facility. I have rented 8 Uboxes, a trailer, and a truck from there for a move from Philadelphia to Albany. The customer service at both sites -- main office, and Ubox is absolutely fantastic. They are fast, friendly, and super helpful. Bravo to this team. Even the Ubox delivery and pickup truck drivers were great. Please share this note with the staff there. Also, you don't get this kind of across-the-board service without a culture that is maintained by the local leadership team. I have rented from many Uhauls, and in general, my experience has been good, but these guys and gals are absolutely outstanding.

Both employees were great picked up my trailer at the location plugged up and right side lights not working. My connector has some corrosion inside thinking it was that I cleaned it out still not working with there little tester I was able to see where there was no signal coming out and found the wire behind the plug was corroded I removed the wire from the connector purchased a new wire rigged it up quickly and was able to take the trailer. The first employee remained friendly the entire time did not get aggravated and was just all around a nice person. I am in customer service and this was top notch. Keep up the great work and great customer service!!!!

First, two months ago I reserved a van but at pick-up was told I had to take a truck. I am 79 and loading and unloading a truck is difficult, The truck had 133 000 miles on it. The suspension was shot as well as the shock absorbers. We are antiques dealers and a good ride is important. We also fought the whole time about whether we could rent anything, picking up up on Friday afternoon and returning Saturday, late. We were doing a show in New Jersey. We were ultimately only charged for one day, which was nice, We used to do this show with a 4 X 6 trailer for $40 and tax but you will not rent those anymore for two days on the weekend. Even after the charge was reduced to one day the price was $264, and the gas fill-up was $25.

I booked a 6x12 trailer with a ramp on 5/23 for 5/24 over the phone with the bensalem location to pick up at feasterville location since they didn't have it available. My husband went to pick it up at 8am at the feasterville location to find out it actually wasn't available. Told him that they had the wrong phone# which was incorrect because I've used uhaul numerous times in the past - most recently 2 weeks ago to pick my daughter up from college. I logged into the account to find my phone # was correct with all other information.. name, address, DL #, etc. They then had us go all the way to horsham location as that was the closest available which was very far from my home. This was completely inconvenient and really put a delay in the things we needed to do. I would actually prefer a refund for the hassle we went through for almost 3 hours just to get the trailer. I've ALWAYS used uhaul for anything we needed and I will continue to do so as this was the only bad experience. It was as if no one could get it right. The girl at the feasterville location also updated our reservation back to bensalem for 5:15pm after telling us to go to the horsham location. I have all the screen shots of the chaos/ confirmations that were all contradicting. Just ridiculous.

I had the truck rented and the return wasn't until later that evening.He still didn't want to listen to me and continue to say Mentioned about losing a booking for someone else.I told sorry to hear that but that has nothing to do with me.He then stated when you book your Reservation we tell youThe truck has to be returned at 1pm.I toldHimI didn't book in the store and booked through the App seemed like his attitude changed.I could tell by the conversation on the phone with him. Most likely his first mgr responsibles.He definitely needs training

The initial drop off/pick up was great, no isssues at all. However, when it was time to have the box delivered to the new address on 5/24, it was one of the worst customer services of my life. I was told to be ready by 7AM, and given the window of 7-12pm. I called the Horsham office multiple times and could not get through. I called the corporate line several times and was told they would get back to me, they didn't understand the delay, etc. They said the driver had not even arrived until 9AM and then they couldn't reach her, but I was never updated about the ETA. There was no effort to update me and I wasted my day, my entire move was scheduled around this, it was a huge hassle and inconvenience and I wasted infuriated at the lack of communication or respect for my time.

Paul was great and does an excellent job maintaining that facility. I have noticed the lack of staff at that location and lines and wait times are crazy. Also, was not happy that when I rented the Toy Uhaul Trailer. I had to contact 1-800 Uhaul because there were no local facilities open in Trenton NJ to drop it off. I had to call 1-800 Uhaul several times and wait to be directed to a location that was open. Wasted over 20 mins on the phone trying to get a drop off location. Very annoyed behind that and makes me not wanna do business with Uhaul in the future.

I began the process being skeptical and wondering if I would ever talk to another person after my initial call for information. My skepticism went away as each day passed and each item promised came to fruition and was delivered. I received a link on my phone to use if I wished to talk with someone. My U-Haul experience was Top Level... Top Notch! The box was delivered on time. The journey of the box was as promised and delivered to the recipient "on time" as promised. I liked the fact that each step of the way, the proper amount was paid via my credit card. Not all at once... but in increments. If you are reading this... Know that I was skeptical and am a very satisfied customer.

The new u haul app was quirky and could not scan drivers license so the helpful employee used his phone and app to complete the task. It's was starting to take too much time. I used to make apps and understand technology challenges.

The Truck we rented had some mild wear on it, small dent in the door and torn seats, but other than those cosmetic things the truck ran great, the staff in Horsham was friendly, patient and helpful. I'd send everyone there for moving help

Paul is the best. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, helpful, and caring about my unusual situation and accommodated my needs accordingly. He made me feel very comfortable. Mike at the warehouse is awesome. He worked with me knowing my situation was a bit unusual and he wanted to make sure my U-boxes were safe and gave me all the time I needed to get them stored at the storage room. I am so impressed with the level of courtesy and customer CARE that the amazing men provided. As long as I live in the Philadelphia area and should I ever need a U-haul, I'm coming to these guys!!

1. I made reservations for 24 , they kept trying to call a switch even after they said they won't I received 4 more texts changing my reservations and had to keep calling them the day before. It was already a stressful situation and it made this worse. The day of we waited 30 min in line even after I checked us in "online" I still had to continue to wait for the key, go out find the truck , of course it was plugged in , continue to wait for them to disconnect it. THEN the older gentleman comes out disconnect the truck and just walked away. Never closed the hood never said ok all set just walked away we waited another 5 min before I had to find him and ask if he was done since he just rudely walked away without closing the hood of the truck and saying anything to us. I understand busy but for 20 min there was only 1 person with a line of 7 waiting. He never called for help and then the other guy came in flustered as all hell and made it even worse ( the same guy that unplugged and walked away) this location is usually the easiest of convenience and if I do use them again it is simply for that not for customer service. They need to do better with the entire process. If I explain my situation and that I cannot change my reservation that should have been the end of it then trying to sell me on a storage unit. There's a time and place if I needed it I would have selected it when I booked it online as yes it said they were free for the month there too.

This was the first time I had used the app to pick up my truck. While it was faster than waiting in line, I felt like I was jumping the line when I had to interrupt to get the key. Overall it was a great pickup experience. Vehicle was ready and super clean. Would go back to this location.

Stop with the overload of senseless automated emails!! You have good people, stop micro managjng every little thing they try to do for their job and stop the annoying automated crap!! Your extreme corporate oversight is detrimental to the integrity of your employees!!! Use your efforts and corporate pockets to praise and reward employee efforts instead of using automated systems to undermine your employees!!! AI will never do the job a live person can do!!!!

Absolute disaster, a completely ridiculous experience. The first truck you gave me HAD A WHEEL FALL OFF ON THE PA TURNPIKE! It almost killed me. We were then stranded for two days waiting for you to figure out if it would be repaired or replaced with a different truck. TWO DAYS! I was told my rental would be extended for the two days lost to this, IT WAS NOT! I was told my two nights hotel cost would be refunded to me, IT WAS NOT! (and I sent the receipts to you TWICE) Of the four different people I dealt with at roadside assistance, only Anthony (the first person I was connected to) genuinely cared about our situation and followed through on the things he said. The others did not do what they said, never followed up. Overall, U-haul showed that they simply do not care about their customers at all. This was a nightmare for my family, and I will never again use your services. You are absolutely horrible.

That only thing I would add, is that I purchased the dolly with my truck but it wasn't in there. I was able to get one however. I did mobile check in with my phone and it was SOOOO convenient!

When I called to ask about a clean out for items we wished to discard I was told it would be $200-300. I had 1800GotJunk scheduled but cancelled figuring you are better equipped. Upon my arrival yesterday with a rented vehicle and a short window to collect half the items, we were informed the clean out would cost $600. It definitely would have been nice to have a ground floor unit with the amount of heavy furniture I was storing, but most of the units (all sizes) at this facility were already booked, so I understand. An elevator or some sort of lift for getting to the upper level units would help a great deal.

The only thing I would have to say is when I came in the morning to look at a unit the one I wind it up reserving had a real high ceiling so I went with that one when I came back that night to get it it was a totally different one one the same size but with the low ceiling so it didn’t equal the size as to the one I reserved so I had to spend almost $75 more which made me very angry cause I didn’t have the money so I went from getting a $59 one to one that cost $115 because obviously they did not reserve the one that I did reserve that morning so I don’t understand that policy if you reserve something why don’t they hold it for you?

Was never explained that the first time arriving that I need to be there when an employee needed to be on site until the day I was moving. I had three agents try to call someone on site and no one would answer. Finally a representative was able to get ahold of someone. I was also told that I was not being charge for the first month and reviewed my bank statement and was charged.

My location manager Paul Clements in Horsham was great. Over and above all of my needs. Going thru a divorce difficult situation. With his much given help I made it. I subcontracted a moving company Hero Movers not good. On my last day when we brought back all the overflow items for storage awful. Paul amazing.

Micheal Parsons was extremely helpful however he told me my ubox was not available when it was right down the street at 1200 Easton Rd. I had to spend an additional $80 on a storage unit. $200 to have some go back load the box so I could go back to my new out of state residence. And the uhaul at West Oak lane charged and additional $44,21 for keeping cargo van 1 hour late. This has a painful and excessively expensive move because customer service emailed me the wrong location.

I had reserved a pull up storage bin on 3/16 via phone made it clear several times that I needed a pull up storage bin, they said it was no problem that they had one available, i gave them all mt information. They sent a confirmation with by e-mail.i also reserved a van. When we went there Sunday 3/20 they told they only had a van reserved but not a storage bin. Needless to say I was so upset, they kept insisting that I had called the wrong place even thou the van was there for us. We had to settle for an inside unit which was so hard to move in furniture. For some reason this facility never reviewed my online check out of my storage unit and kept sending me letters saying I was behind in my payment 2,5 weeks after move out. I made numerous calls to the home office stating I moved out on Jan. 15th but kept getting emails/texts about nonpayment. One final call to Laura this week finally got this all straightened out. Two concerns with renting at this facility was the darkness within the storage units. Unless you walk the length of the hall to trigger the exterior lights, the interior was still too dark to see anything. Second the exterior card reader was down 70 % of the time I rented the locker. Which in turn you had to go into the front office, wait in line (sometimes 10-15 minutes) to ask to be let in the back door. Lastly it took the last time I visited for someone to correct my name on the card from Dave to Fred.

The woman checking us in was not familiar with the process and had much trouble finding my reservation. She could not even describe how we get to the unit!!! She finally got us a unit on the 2nd floor - our reservation was for a first floor as my daughter and I have challenges with stairs especially with boxes. I was not offered a first floor option nor was I given an option to yeah or nay renting. I will follow up with the manager but so far the lower cost is showing in service!!! I would love feedback to discuss my frustration. It disturbs me that there are 2 rat stations in the small unit. I hope they don't eat it and die in our boxes.

Move in was smooth, the units are poorly lit and had trash on the floor before move in. The security system was not working 3 of the 5 times I accessed my unit. When asked the staff knew but said the storage manager was not there for well over a week not on vacation. Staff did not know how to open the main doors on one occasion and had to let me in through the employee door. Staff was in general not helpful or friendly anytime I was there. They all had headphones in and did not pay attention to what they were doing. I had to repeat myself multiple times to every employee. At move out I rented a van from this location. It took 2 employees over 40 minutes and 3 different contracts to get the van I asked for initially. They then argued with me when I reported that the gas in the truck did not match the gauge on the contract. I reported this before leaving the property and they argued that I had used the difference already and wanted me to return the truck with more fuel than it was given to me. I will not be renting or storing at this location and recommend that any family and friends avoid it as well.

Sophia was fantastic. The storage units themselves are 'basic' with open ceiling structure, meaning mice / rats / bugs from a neighbor unit can easily infest the unit where I stored my stuff. The lights weren't all working and it was dark in the unit, couldn't see easily what were were doing. I rated yes to all the question above but would have maybe on most if the choice was avail.

Reaching representatives in the office has been a nightmare. I've been told on three different occasions that my UBox would be there and it wasn't. Found my UBox at another location and it's been unlocked. UBox still has yet to be delivered to the location so my rented unit sits empty. I was promised a refund for the unused portion of my monthly rental when moving out and vacating the unit on 4/11/2021. I have not seen that refund and it has been over a month of waiting. I had a very good experience renting from U-Haul Horsham. Le personnel était amical et serviable. Facility was kept clean and well lit. The only downside was the sliding door (#12 door) to the storage units was often in op forcing me to walk around to get to my storage unit. More regular PM of this access door would prevent this, imo.

I have never had such a bad experience and paying so much a month. If I was not pregnant I would have moved storage facilities. You never knew if the card would read and open the door. Sometimes the doors were locked during operating hours. Other times one door wouldn't work and you were stuck using a small entrance door. I could never pay my bill online because my info was incorrect and I had made multiple attempts to correct it and got no place. There was a time I went to pay my monthly rent and I was told the person did not know how to use the debit payment method that I needed to come back and then they wanted to charge me a late fee because of their own employees fault. With this storage facility it was always something and I would not recommend it.

We came by right before closing, it was freezing and snow on the ground, after driving 3 days. The guys were amazing! They said we could park the truck in the lot and unpack the next day. I started out with one storage unit and whenever I needed another I simply asked and they were able to find me one close. Amazing service, wonderful people, clean and ready to access location. First of all when I go to my storage the main light goes out after a certain time and I have to go back and restart the light. Also I had moved out and told them that I was emptying out my unit and when I told them that everything is out and cleaned the person told me that everything is okay no payment. Then I was billed for December of $191 I called and was told that I will be refunded and it will be in my checking account in 3-4 days. That time period went by and no refund came in so I went to the Horsham location and at first I had a hard time with the person on the counter ( I was in a middle of moving out which during that time frame I left some items which I took my lock with me to use at the storage facility. Which they had placed a lock there that's no problem I was glad that they did that.) I had the manager to go and opened the door. Well when I was talking to the person about it she said that I had left it in a trashy condition which I told her that the manager went with me to open the door which I had emptied and swept out and cleaned the unit. She told me that the person that I was talking on the phone was terminated on that day I didn't believe that. She told me that I will be getting a refund but it will be another 5 days which had frustrated me a lot. She wasn't look concerned about the situation .

Only complaint is that I was unable to contact the facility by phone. Always transferred to the Call Center. Even the Call Center was unable to contact the facility and sent a message to the facility to call back. Have not gotten a call back. Email message was sent to my son and when I replied back to the email address it was sent from, I got a message that it was "Undeliverable".

The initial people I dealt with were okay, not so friendly. The current one is not very customer focus. Her idea of a greeting is what do you want? It appeared you guys hire the cruelest people in the area.

Clean, climate controlled units, pleasant sales associates. Only downside was no lighting inside individual storage unit to locate items when necessary to retrieve.

Staff was efficient, though "friendly" is not how I would describe our interactions. A HUGE negative is the absence of an elevator for upper floor. Using stairs added extra time and energy.

Brian, the manager, helped me out SOOOO much I didnt know WHAT to say. The building is VERY clean and well lit. EVERYBODY is friendly and helpful. The prices are VERY reasonable. Controlled heating and cooling, so your belongings DON'T get damaged in ANY way. I would recommend renting a storage until from U-Haul to EVERYBODY and ANYBODY. THANK YOU very much.

The store closed at 7pm. My ride was running late and the employee, Shar, closed and left with me standing on the sidewalk in cold, windy weather. It would've been nice if she had invited me to wait inside.

The move-in process was seamless. Brian explained how everything worked and then showed me to the unit. Went back into the rental office expecting to pay but then found out the first month was free!

I was forced to rush my move in order to have access to the main doors to the facility. This proved to be quite challenging. I paid entirely too much money to be limited to business hours for access.

I do have to say that SOME of the staff were very friendly. However most seemed very quiet and not willing to go out of their way. Storage is extremely overpriced, so I moved my storing elsewhere.
