My coffee table and tv stand were completely destroyed. My couch has black grease on it and some picture frames have scratches and white stuff on them.

Anthony MUsing the U-Box container was very efficient and convenient. All of the employees on both ends were helpful and professional. Especially on the receiving end, in Cortez, Colorado. This is a very rural area with limited services. Russel and Ace's Storage & U-Haul in Cortez was extremely helpful and friendly, making my move much less stressful than it could have been. They are an independent provider, but I wanted to make sure to send a note thanking Russel at Ace's Storage in Cortez. Merci!

Greg SThe padlock on the roll up door would not unlock. I locked it prior to putting on the handle to test it just in case and of course it doesn't work. I'd recommend replacing for future customers thanks. The vehicle itself interior was clean but the exterior was not clean. Rt side wheel looked bipolar opposite of driver side cleanliness

HEATHER B | Premières impressionsFirst of all without writing a book,I was supposed to pick up this var hauler at the Palm Harbor location and it was verified 3 times that it would be available and ready. Got a message that the trailer is not there?And it was at a another location where I had to go further down to pick up the trailer. The communications with U Haul is very poorly organized. I was quoted a price and when I went down to the other location.I got a different price, at least I was able to conflict that price and get it.What it was supposed to be. Then they said are you coming to get the trailer at the 1 pm. appointment, the appointment was supposed to be for 4 PM. The customer service needs to heavily improve and also with employees attitudes. The one compliment I can give is to a dispatcher that I called so that I can change to another drop off location and they were very helpful.
DAVID SThe shipping dates and times were not accurate. The staff had the wrong pick up date prior to my arrival and then the truck I reserved was not available. The box was not ready and I had to wait over an hour. During the transport the box became unsecure (one mile) and I had to slowly get to me destination. The box was screwed shut as the staff failed to remove. I had to wait an additional hour for them to come and secure the box and remove the screws. Horrible experience

ROBERT DThe woman who picked up our container in Largo and Sabrina, the woman who dropped off/picked up our container in Utah were both amazing! Everyone I spoke to on the phone were always helpful and friendly. I also used Zippy Shell this move and have hated my experience with them.
katy nComputer system was not working. It took over 1/2 hour to pick up a trailer - even after doing all the "pre-checkin" It is not the fault of this location, but a UHaul issue. The staff did their best given the situation

teresa dUnfortunately, I have to say that the ready to go boxes weren't clean when I received them. Old labels were still attached to several as well as dirt or residue from previous moves were inside almost each one. The lids of some were also dirty. I had to vacuum each bin to ensure my items weren't on top of dirt. The staff however were great! Each person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The bins needing to be clean was a minor inconvenience for me as the bins did what I needed, and they may have been accidentally neglected due to when they were returned and when I requested them.

Holly DThe following is what I posted on Google regarding my experience: I have used this specific U-Haul location several times over the years, mainly for truck rental. This time I needed a "hitch" put onto my car. For those who do not know, the hitch on a car/truck is what you need in order to connect trailers, certain bike racks, etc. to your car. In doing my due diligence I called other shops that would install a hitch on my car. Their prices were so high my jaw dropped plus not one seemed at all interested in gaining my business. Then I called U-Haul Moving & Storage of Largo, in specific the facility at 13564 66th ave. in Largo. The fee they quoted and the way they spoke to me was almost too good to be true. I recalled how good they have been to me with rentals so my hesitation went away. Even called a friend who worked at a local high-end bicycle shop, and asked who they recommended to customers who needed a hitch. Was not surprised when he told me they sent people to the same U-Haul so, decision made. Called and spoke with several individuals, all great. Rich was the one who took personal responsibility for taking care of me from start to finish and was tremendous. He even suggested a better date/time scenario for me that worked perfectly with my schedule. Upon arrival everyone I worked with went above and beyond for me. The mechanic who installed the hitch even showed me ways to attach my bicycle rack so that I would have an even better experience using it. Who does all of that these days, and at the most reasonable price, plus tremendous service? Only one that I know of when it comes to truck rental and other services like what I needed, U-Haul Moving & Storage of Largo. Thank you everyone at U-Haul, you made my day!

Belinda W | Premières impressionsI "moved in" to the storage unit on 6/4. During the move in process, we changed from one unit to another. I purchased insurance, and got a less expensive unit based on the amount of items I had to store. This seemed to be particularly difficult task to complete. That was frustrating. on 6/11, the location reached out to me to see if I was in the original unit, or if I had taken the second unit. They didn't have their paperwork in order. They cut the lock off my unit to see if there were things stored there and they called me after. I went in to retrieve the new keys for the new lock, and to get a copy of my corrected paperwork. Now I don't have insurance because if I want insurance, because it's a different unit, I would have to pay for it again. This is such a load of crap - you should have gotten this right the first time. I have had so much trouble in general with uhaul over this move - I am not sure I would ever want to use the organization again as a whole. The only thing they said was, well at least you got your free time extended for a week since it was put in wrong.

Used the storage for slightly more than 2 years and no issues throughout the time. I enrolled in auto-pay, but the price went up slightly each year, like 5 % perhaps. I'd use the facilities again, if need to. Thanks for your help !!

Instead I had to drive all the way to the store to get questions answered. I set up autopay 4 different times and your system kept kicking me off randomly. I called multiple times to confirm that it was still available. When we arrived after all day of driving it turns out that the storage we had reserved, for months, was no longer available and that we would have to call around to random storages to find one that is (virtually impossible day of). Called around and there was nothing available. We called back and told them and then they found a storage unit was available on the second floor with AC. They did not tell me that the "second floor" was only accessible by a ladder on wheels. This made moving all of our furniture extremely difficult both in and out. Other than that, everything went great. The employees were very friendly and helpful, though you could tell they were understaffed.

Stuff got auctioned and they allowed the person who bought it to also take my important paperwork when the GM stated to me that it wasn't allowed. Still have yet to get my paperwork back. The ball was dropped and no one seems to care everything is just kind of brushed off.

It started in the $60s and towards the end I was paying $80s. Also I finished my contract 3 days earlier but there wasn't any adjustments for that.

Did not ruin my photos due to packing them in a plastic box.When I mentioned it to the check out person, he was not concerned. The unit was very secure but not well lit. This was my 3rd storage experience and my other 2 were very clean and dry.

I have never had such problems with a U-Haul in my life. My son went in to pay our bill in September and had to wait over 30 minutes in lobby and then he asked for a receipt and waited again for at least 15 minutes said he would email and close it out but it never happened.
