JOHN PAll the employees were great. The service numbers were visible and several locations. I had easy access to my storage area and there was a fantastic loading and unloading dock area with several cards that could be used to move my storage bins and other storage items. We definitely recommend this U-Haul specifically in Webster to everyone. I know William was excellent and he has great staff.

Daniel CI was very satisfied with the process, I forgot my trailer hitch and the extremely helpful staff lent me a hitch and sleeve to use. The trailer towed excellent.the only thing I didn't like was there is no hand crank on the tounge of the trailer...so if it's loaded u can't take it off the truck.
JOHN LI get there the manager had a total attitude, because one of his employees were running late.Then he tells me the printer was jammed so I would only get one page.The whole time I’m wondering this is suppose to be the manger smh.Then when I returned the van the employee had his Beats by Dre headset on, asked him if I had to sign for the drop off totally just ignored me.Last time coming to this location.
MICHAEL MI felt sorry for the lady handling the rental desk. She had several customers to take care of and also get outside to take pictures of equipment going out. I am sure she would have appreciated having a fellow employee present to handle the outside requirements.

KENNETH WSuper easy to reserve a truck. Price was fair. Customer service at the location was fantastic. Poor guy was alone trying to run the ENTIRE place running back and forth between rentals and storage. Felt bad for him. Truck had a little bit of trash in the back but otherwise ok. It was suppose to have over a 1/2 tank of gas. It was on empty. We showed the guy and he corrected our paperwork. All in all, it was an easy process and we would be willing to rent a truck there again if needed.

irma mMy experience started out great. Helpful. I needed a 15 ft but only was a 20 available. Clerk said he could adjust miles to make up for the cost difference when I got back. When I returned there was a line of people waiting. Message on door said to call a number becuase workers were in the storage facility. Front door was locked but the garage and side doors were wide open. We could have walked away with everything. We all kept calling the number and no one answered. One man got customer service and they said they couldnt do anything so what it the point of having customer service? I waited 30 minutes but really needed to go. I went back to the trucka nd did the self checkout which really ticked me off. Not only did I have to do someone elses job, I was made late to my next appointment and the promise of adjusting the cost was not completed. Very dissapointed.

victor k | Premières impressionsYour help a young kid believe is slightly mentally challenged try to explain everything he doing on computer instead of just doing it then he has trouble with computer tries to do it on phone then go to another computer that's right there and starts explaining toe what he is doing all I want is to get going then he tells the reservation was canceled by now I missed then says is got it now I am angry he tells to leave his building so zi get up start walking out stats apologize zi ready to leave but I did sit back down really missed offer this point drove truck and trailer 40 miles max Oxford to exit 24 Worcester and back try bring truck keys in to truck and trailer to turn it in says got to check out ok all well and good comes back after basically dilly dally with truck comes in tells on got to put gas in which I already did back to just above quartet of a tank basically said zi didn't got in to and argument to me get out of his building but I called him outside such a tough guy zi wanted him to hit me I would beat his ass to apulp or get him charged with a felony for hitting 72 or. Old man never will I ever use UHAUL AGAIN YOU SUCK.

Due to the shop/gas station not doing their job on the reservation.. I was able to reserve a truck in Webster instantly, called to confirm and the employee was very polite and very helpful ! This location is easy in and out and they have EVERYTHING u need, all the supplies needed and they have a drive in storage facility. Best u haul location I've personally used !

MARK FThe rental process is a nightmare to say the least. Nothing went smoothly. There is NO picking up the key after renting on line. Received text that said skip the line go to the end of the counter and ask for the key. That is nonsense. I had to go to the Conn and start the whole process all over again and then again and then again because the system kept messing up, it's ridiculous. I wasted an hour.

JOSINEI FMiss U-Haul self storage location is absolutely by far the best because of the simple the things that people overlook that mean so much more when acknowledged. The facility manager went above and beyond to help me with my obstacles for the time I needed a self-storage unit. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend them to everybody I know hand

So I went out back and swipe the key card in one location and then swiped it again in another location and it was asking me for my code. So I went back in, and there was another employee there, who had just started his job and didn't know very much about anything but he was very helpful to me. he finally showed me how to swipe the card and get the big doors open and then go to. The second box and swipe that and that door opened. That Ted guy is useless not good for business. Sorry, but I do like the storage location in the cleanliness and everything else about your business is excellent.

The loading garage and carts make this location extra convenient. Didn't have to lug things out in the rain and the cold. Very nice feature.
