STEPHEN ROur first trailer had light connection issues. We had to stop back for a different trailer but were given a larger one & only charged for a day instead of overnight. Those were nice surprises and good customer service!

PAUL SThe truck didn't have any windshield washer fluid in it. Didn't find this out until I was hundreds of miles into my drive. The A/C kept cutting out most of the drive. It was decently clean but there was sticky stuff in the cup holders.

CATHERINE GThey were understaffed and I had to wait about 45 minutes to return the vehicle. Also I reserved 2 hand dolly's and you had none. I rented the cargo van and put on 80 miles and was charged $137 , this was VERY OVERPRICED

Taralynn LTruck wouldn’t start 2 times in between moving and they still decided to charge for more fuel on top of that when I explained the situation to the guys about running the truck because I didn’t want it to shut off they didn’t care he just refunded me on $18 fuel charge but no other compensation was maybe for the 2 major inconveniences

RYAN MI would have rated it Excellent but the hand truck I requested (and initially paid for) was NOT in the vehicle when I arrived at my destination to load my items. Other that everything was great.

Karen MWell, I believed I was going to have an easy pick up of 1 of the cargo vans. Check in was basically great at first. Then was given keys an an app to follow, for inspection check in pictures, which sucks. While an employee sat inside not helping 1 bit.
