GENE HI had a great experience renting a 5x8 trailer from the team at UHaul on Broadway in Coos Bay! The pick up was easy, the cost affordable, and the guys up front showed me everything I needed to know in the way of safe trailering before I left the lot. The unit was clean and in great working order. I'd definitely recommend this location to a friend.

JAYSON MStart building your car hauling trailers out of aluminum. It was like I was towing two separate vehicles after I got the car off of it coming back home I went over a truck scale and that damn thing wait over 2 000 lb. I used a friend's aluminum trailer last week but it wasn't available this week and had no problem with it. In fact once I got the vehicle off of it and was driving home I couldn't even tell I had a trailer behind me. But this one wanted to shove me through the stop signs in the red light

MATTHEW PTrailer ramp had what appeared to be compacted soil/mulch stuck in the mesh (ramp mesh area with sheet metal backer for UHaul logo on the outside). When I swept the trailer after using it, I cleaned the mesh out. The compacted material actually consisted of sheetrock, fiberglass insulation, cardboard and small rotten chunks of plywood behind the soil/mulch on top of it. Otherwise , the trailer was clean. I cleaned it out because I did not want to get dinged for returning it with stuff stuck in the ramp.

Robert MWhile the places and personel were fine, I'm disappointed in the fact that the truck was dirty and had a check engine light. I'm also very disappointed that the mileage calculation was wrong, which resulted in charging me for an extra ~40 miles and the receiving location would/could not correct it. Overall, I plan to avoid U-Haul in the future, if there are any other options.

BELINDA KMark is excellent. Friendly, fast, and efficient. Suggestion: it rains a LOT in Oregon. Consider widening the outdoor awning/canopy so your U-Haul team members don't get soaked when attaching/removing equipment. Thanks again for a great experience.

The staff is rude and unprofessional everytime my family was there to access the unit it was a big inconvenience to get anything that resembled customer service gate hours and rules changed daily and contradicted the U haul contact. Worst location EVER!!!!!!!

It was insane that we had to contact the office every time we needed to use it even though it was an outdoor unit. We never moved in due to this. Then, we continued to receive bills for almost two months even though it was canceled online well before payment was due. I will never use this location again.

Came back next morning at 7am to find that the unit I had reserved had a lock on it. Called the next day and was told it been rented to someone else and my contract has already been canceled although I was not contacted. I had to unload my trailer into my living room to get it turned in and it has made the room much more complicated and uncomfortable. Have rented and stored with other locations in the past, would not work with this location again.

So it was inconvenient but we were offered 2 UBoxes free of charge as replacement which we were grateful for. But we had to go else where to find another storage at another storage place farther away because nothing was available at any UHaul business. That was upsetting at the time but thankfully UHaul allowed us extra time to unload a our belongings at another storage place. There seemed to be a shortage of help/employees but they did do the best they could under the circumstances. They were very busy both times we were there. The manager was calm and helpful as well.

After over an hr of her trying to get us a storage unit, she told me to come back later so some one else could do it. My unit was always blocked by trucks or other equipment! Not easy to get in and out of, honestly the worst experience ever .
