I didn't mind to pick it up, but dropping it off was terrible due to its hitch got stuck trying to go up the hill. This specific place should only run as a pick up station.

The location was a bit cluttered and confusing to get to, but the equipment was in perfect condition and the service on both pickup and dropoff was excellent. I changed a Friday afternoon pickup to a Saturday morning pickup at the last minute and expected a weekend rush. The owner handled the crush of customers with grace and efficiency and got me on my way with minimum delay. I'll go back.

Driving up, it was really hard to tell where to go to get the van I rented. It was a steep hill leading up to a garage and a big lumpy unfinished lot. No signs saying where to park and took a while to find my vehicle. Vehicle was clean, but the brakes were loud and I didn't notice until I was on my way back, but the driver's side blinker wasn't working. I was wondering why people kept flashing their lights at me when I was turning. I also could've got in an accident. I was at an intersection turning left, and another vehicle across me was turning right. I went and turned left, but since my blinker wasn't working, they couldn't see I was turning and went at the same time as me. Overall just a dangerous situation and I feel like they need to make safety a priority.

The agent on duty was very nice and eager to assist, but the car hauler that I rented was missing a tail light! Upon inspection, I noticed that the actual wiring harness appeared to be cut so there was no chance of getting it to work properly! Also, the trailer was dirty! I appeared to have oil or some other fluid all over it! Bottom line: Nice agent, bad equipment!

Dirty inside and out bugs in the passenger cabin and all kinds of dirt dashboard and other panels falling off exposed wires leading from under the glove box to the passengers feet (I don’t know if they tried DYI electrical work and didn’t know how to put it back) 2 minutes into the drive warning lights for gas cap and engine turned on and started beeping upon inspecting the gas cap it was clear it was not the correct fit for this vehicle check in process for self check in was almost worse than my 3 hour rental

Need to write the right truck number on the key. Need to fix the app. It was a hassle. I got there at 8:30 (yes I was a little late) but the app was taking so long I wasn't even able to get the truck at that time because it was saying I wasn't at the location and I was standing right by the trucks. When I scheduled the pick up not anywhere on the website did it say I would have to make an account. So I had to do that the morning of pickup as well. I could not wait around because my daughter had to go to the hospital so I scheduled a later pick up time. Had to go through the check in process all over again when I got back The parking lot was filled with cars and I couldn't even get my truck out so we had to wait for whoever it was to move their car . It was truly horrible and I will NEVER rent from this location again but instead go to an actual U-Haul place. I was unaware that this wasn't an actual U-Haul place until the day of . The sign is so small I missed my turn two different times. Horrible horrible horrible . Do better

Online reservation kept changing pickup location and it became quite annoying as they did that twice as we had to rent twice. But this location just took care of it by processing a new order to fix the issue without me having to drive somewhere else to do pickup as we were on time crunch.

The storage facility is older but gets the job done. The gentleman assisting us was a godsend. Our move was difficult and I had been 2 days without sleep when I opened the unit. We were pressed for time. Zachariah was pleasant, kind, patient, and understanding. I sent a young family member to pay the bill and she was so impressed, she asked me if he had ason. He is truly a nice person. He is an asset to his company. Merci.

U-Haul did not have a space available to suit my needs. I placed a reservation just in case. I was able to find an alternative so did rent the space I reserved.
