ANTHONY BIf we had been told we needed to make a reservation for drop-off at the time we made a reservation for pick-up, we might not have had to drive 20 miles to return the truck and avoid being charged additional gas, mileage, and time for our rental. Don't be stingy with information. Set your customer up for success.

JAMES BI was charged twice and it took a full week for the pending charges to clear. That was an extra (approximately) $300 that were unusable from my account. Unacceptable. I had the truck for 1 and a half hours. Ridiculous.

KEVIN SI was disappointed since I originally requested a 10am pickup time which was not available until 1pm. I inspected the exterior and interior was unable to check the back tires due to where it was parked sandwiched between two other trucks. While driving to my home I noticed the truck handling poorly, once I got home I inspected and found the right rear tire had a sidewall tear. I contacted the Rental office but they had left for the day. I contacted UHaul after that it took 4 hours for the repairs. I was unable to complete all my tasks in that time frame.i was given $50 off my bill i contested and requested a full refund which UHaul has not responded to my request.

James CEverything worked out great except I was charged for insurance that I did not want. I get my receipt and it is on there. Called location and they said I had to call Corp number to get it removed. called and they will refund it in a few days. Wasted my time having to make all these calls.

ASHLEY DFriendly and pleasant staff. Hooked up the equipment with a smile on her face. Never did anything but sign the paper and drive away. Great service. Equipment was in great shape. Traveled well and performed it's duty flawlessly.
DAVID NThe inside windshield was very dirty. I has to clean it myself to see properly. They should clean the windshields more thoroughly. It's a safety issue for sure.

CARLOS MPicked the truck up on e had to go right to the class station , left it with more than half a tank , getting charged for the gas !!!! I put 65$ in gas total , I had to rush to the gas station before I even hit my destination….
