Not much, tire lost Tread about 600 miles into trip but roadside Uhaul service was quick to respond. Within 35 minutes of contact a mechanic was on-site & 10 minutes later we were back on the road with no further problems. Thank you Uhaula

Don't charge for an entire extra day when a truck is waiting to be turned in gets marked 15 minutes late while the location is closed for lunch.

HERRY ARented for one day local at 19.95. Total bill came over $80. Entirely too many added on charges by U-Haul. Mileage was under 20 miles.
CLINTON AVery ease to book the truck and I found the price to be extremely reasonable. Both gentleman I encountered were very helpful and good to me.
SALVATORE MI used the online no contact rental using my phone. I was fantastic. The attendant upon return was quick with the check and I was out the door. Total time at the site, pick up drop off two maybe three minutes. The directions on getting the key at pick up was a bit tough to understand but I managed.

VINCENZO AI picked up a trailer yesterday and returned today. When I picked it up there, a few pieces of trash were in there. I loaded a pallet and that's all. Took it back with those small items still there like i received and got charged $10 fee. The girl who checked it in was very hostile and demanding. I will no longer rent from this location if she's there.
GREGORY RMy truck did not have AC which sucked because i had to drive to San Bernardino and back to Lake Elsinore and beat red and sweaty from being hot and not having the AC. When tried to turn in, it just blew out hot air. So I'd say that needs repaired being my rental wasn't cheap.! Oh and I asked for a dolly but didn't use it and never removed the green zip tie but still charged for it so it's like my bill was closed out without looking at the truck. Now to get $7 back, I have to wait for someone to call me back. That sucks because U-Haul got their money right away from me.

JOSEPH AI understand mission trail location takes lunch 12-1 But I arrived at 1202 and I pulled up right outside the gate and explained to employee I’m 2 minutes late can you check me out but Employee didn’t help to checkout my trailer rental He said you know my lunch is 12-1 pm So I had to wait outside in the street for 1 hour till lunch was over( sometimes if a company can go the extra length to help a customer that really counts) It took 30 seconds to disconnect trail after the 1 hour wait
MANUEL CShowed up at opening, one other customer parked. Gate opened and was immediately told to go park on the street, even though I had checked in and sent a text of the license plate I would take. Once the first customer was helped, it was my turn. Guy behind the counter was bad mouthing the first customer because they wanted to pay cash for the rental. Immediately told no. Then griping because they took the drivers license pictures backwards. ( front was back, back was front ). That is NOT how you treat customers, especially behind their back. Gave my last name, saw I had checked in. Gave me a total of over 100$ for a two day rental. I pulled up my quote and showed him 59.XX$ for two days. He said yes, but tax. No no… tax is 65.XX$ it's right here. Oh, you didn't want and listed off all these extras that I had already declined. Backed up to trailer, he immediately lifted the trailer and slammed it onto my ball. I said wait, I need to adjust it, I don't need to nose of the trailer in the air! Adjusted my hitch, hooked up myself and left. Upon delivery, I come to a closed and locked gate! What's up with U-Haul being closed during business hours! This is so frustrating. This is now the third time on a second rental. Even after going to a new location. Drive back home. Waste more diesel. Drive back 2 hours later waste even more diesel and drop it off. 5,5 a gallon out here! This location is listed as a 24/7 drop off! Nope, not unless you leave it on the side of the road so it can get stolen! Also! Left side of trailer clicked every time I hit a crack in the road or a small bump. No it's not the door. And the tail lights kept falling out, the rubber slots don't fit snug. Super disappointing in UHaul again. I remember why I stopped using them. Doesn't any reps ever visit these off the wall sites?

DANIEL ASadly the truck we were given ended up having mechanical issues and we had to wait over 3 hours to get a technician out to see what was wrong with it. Then we ended up getting charged for not returning it on time in addition to a service call fee… so much for roadside assistance being included with your rental. The truck wasn't well maintained because service lights (hill assist, no traction control, and then it lost horse power and was basically in limp mode). It was deemed unsafe to drive by the tech, yet we were charged for a late return even though we called and reported the mechanical issue well before our scheduled return time.
DAVID BI picked up a tow trailer from them. Was a good experience.

MARK RCustomer service associate was very impersonal, rude and poor communication. I rented and returned a vehicle in perfect condition, gas meter level restored as an on time return. I was charged $25 for a "cleaning fee" due to furniture pad blankets not being folded. When the customer service agent was asked what the fee was for, I was told it's common sense the blankets were not folded. There were no instructions to fold blankets to prevent a cleaning fee prior to renting the truck or after returning. I was only emailed a receipt that showed the fee. The place smelled like urine and the entire customer service experience was horrible.
BRIAUNA RI had mentioned the issue with the truck being given to me empty and she explained that I should have already been credited for that. Aside from that, she was very helpful and she got the truck dropped off and turned in quickly.
AISLYNN SComplete shut down at lunch time. I rented the truck at around 12:30 1:30? On Sunday and they were gone on Monday when I returned it at 12:30. It was windy and very dusty, the truck clean and swept when I returned and later I found out they charged me $45 cleaning fee. What a joke.

PANTALEON MI was charged an after hours fee. Which I was never informed of. I would have dropped off the next day. I don't understand why a $20 fee is assessed when it's just a key dropped off into a box. The location was filthy and the drop off box was located behind a metal fence with a hole cut out of the fence.

ALFRED ASchedule 2 hour rental online but when I arrived they were closing so I had to rent the truck for 24 hours. Nobody was there when I went to return rental--they closed early.

JOSE SI went 20 miles or less and put 1 gallon of fuel back before I returned and was charged 10,7 for 2 additional gallons that I felt was excessive 3 gallons of fuel for 20 miles not in a 15 foot truck I used this same vehicle 2 times in the past I will never use u-haul again for abusive charging . I called location the guy there said he was doing what the company wants which is to over charge customers never again.
