Overall very very good experience here and we will be returning for future moving needs! When checking in this morning, all staff were very pleasant and answered all questions we had. When checking out (returning the U-Haul) in the afternoon, we had a much different interaction with the man who works there. We apparently had not parked the van in the proper location and we were taking too long to check out on the app (due to slow internet/signal) and the man came up to us and quite rudely told us that we needed to hurry up and he had other customers waiting. It seemed that all he really needed from us was to move the van to a better location, but he did NOT tell us that in a pleasant way at all. I felt like I was speaking to a totally different person in the afternoon than in the morning, but it was the same man. He must have had a bad day at work, but he surely took it out on us. Hope to have a better interaction with him next time. We will still use this location for future needs due to convenience and overall positive experience. But please let that man know that the way he spoke to us was NOT ok.

The mileage should not be based off of U-Haul to U-Haul location because I had to pick up my things from my old home and drive them to my new home which took me over ten mileage and cost me another $86 dollars. Absolutely the worst service and no consideration. Honestly a bunch of crooks

HUNTER ANothing with the Troutville, VA location. We did have an issue with a parking light being burnt out, but they were quick to fix it. They've been very helpful and courteous throughout the rental process.

FRANK SI have used many U-Haul locations in the past however this one was the very best. Janet Winger and and her son, Jason, were the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in any location I have ever dealt with. Their customer service was exceptional. When I should need any other service they offer I will drive to this location due to the quality of service they give.

Brenda AIn the past 20 yrs plus of using UHaul thus was one of the best if not the best location I have used. Usually I am waiting for something to go wrong with uhaul and it usually does but his time it did not. I would recommend this location to to anyone and would use it again if at all possible. Great team running it!
