Bob was very personable. Pick up and drop off was easy. Only concern was my pick up location was changed 4 times which I feel is ridiculous. I will contact UHaul on Wyoming Ave, Bob's location directly moving forward if ever needed.
Dawn PHad to close a show in NY while my husband headed of to open in TX. Was lucky they had one. I had to go a little further to pick it up, but the van worked out perfectly for what I needed. Representative was pleasant and courteous. Sent me out with a full tank and I was able to get quickly onto the road.

Jaime HOur rentals windshield wipers were horrible and the windshield washer fluid only worked on the passenger side. We drove through extremely thick fog and rain for 90 % of our trip and the problem with the wipers and spray made our trip quite more difficult than need be.
Sandra JI've nothing but good things to say regarding this drop-off location. Plenty of room to maneuver an auto transport. And the fellow receiving the equipment was courteous, nice, and professional.
