Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman was late opening and told me he had a long drive getting to work. I didn’t receive the rental until 830am The gas tank was not full and the inside was disgustingly dirty.
THERESA PFast and easy to use
Rebecca ZI called a few times, on several different days, and only once was the phone picked up. The truck was running when I got there for who knows how long, wasting gas that I have to pay for. The pick up for the truck and bed were after hours and i was told that it would be extremely easy to hook everything up, it was not at all. I had my mover drop me off at the location but even he was having issues and had to watch youtube videos to help hook it up for me, which I then had to pay for his time. It was still not hooked up properly, and at 2 different gas stations strangers approached me letting me know. It is dangerous for customers to have to hook up a bed on their own. I wasn't told that the drop off for the truck and bed were at 2 different locations (at my destination), which I then had to call and change on my drive. i only found out when I looked at the website for something else. It was also at the this location where i learned there was no lock provided, and when booking on the phone, it was not offered to me. The cab was cleaned ok, but the truck was dirty, and a tail light was out.
LAURA LWhen returning equipment to destination place please have somebody to receive the equipment. In my case was Inwood NY nobody was at that location.
