It's a minor inconvenience that this location, as part of a convenience store, has a single clerk serving both U-Haul and store customers. If it's possible, it would be helpful to have a second staff person available for times when multiple U-Haul customers are picking up vehicles.

Truck was dirty damage mirrors and broken headlight

The first time I rented a truck here, the truck had a tire that was low. Had to fill with air. Both times I used this place, the app wouldn't work. Wasted time in line to see the clerk.

Nothing. I found good service and great custumer care. Thats the great thing. The condition of vehicle was so good.

It just seems that there are a lot of hidden fees. A base rate of $19,95 truck ended up costing me $67.73. And I even brought it back with a topped off tank which is more than what I started with. Probably five gallons more. Will probably try a different truck rental place in the future. My "yes" to recommendation to use this location is based on maybe someone likes clean truck regardless of price.

Your mobile app and website are not sync'd well. This franchise is well run, the people are so efficient and willing to help. It was an easy pick up and drop off service.

Didn't help me with the trailer at all. It is quite challenging lifting the uhaul trailer by myself to hook it on (because it was just on the ground) and lining it up when in a far back corner.

I paid almost $200 for a filthy Uhaul. With a broken door. Driving down holding the passenger door that way it didn't fly open once we hit the highway is incredibly unsafe. Luckily after 20 tries and two hours. We were finally able to get the door to shut. Not very safe especially as a pregnant woman. This is my second experience with Uhaul it was just as bad as the first one that "had gas", but the gauge was broken and reading wrong. Leaving me in my early 20 to walk a highway to get a gas can in the middle of the night and still be charged. After two horrible experiences I will not be returning to this company under any circumstances.

I rent from every U-Haul store in the Denver area The only things that I care about are I want to be able to buy some supplies like boxes mattress covers bubble wrap and wrapping paper. I also want to be able to pick up my U-Haul truck before 9:00 a.m. I tell my customers I want to be at work by 9:00 which means I have to pick up my truck at 8:30 I prefer picking up in person because if there's any issues I want to be able to talk to a customer service agent in person. The main issues you all have and they're worse is some facilities than others is if you try to say the gas is higher than it really is even a 16th of a tank is a lot for somebody who is using this as a business rather than a personal move. Leaving the truck dirty is a pain in the ass. And you have to have one of each size truck cuz I have different size jobs. The worst one near me is Lulu farms because they lock their gates don't allow you to return after hours and then we'll charge you for the next day and try to charge you a convenience fee every time just for returning the truck. Your self-return app doesn't work well in a lot of service areas or with my Android phone so any after hour delivery is a pain in the ass because I know you try to charge extra just because it was returned after hours which is a joke.

The cab, inside the truck had a strong Marijuana smell.

The location is also a convenience store. It was very busy when we went to pick up the truck, and while the young man behind the counter was very professional and did the best he could he was overwhelmed. The transaction was fine, but they need more staff at the location than one person.

The person who helped me was great to work with. He got the trailer hooked up properly and promptly. The trailer itself was old and the door didn't work very well. It was challenging to lift. Overall I was very satisfied.

Truck worked well, even in the snow in Cripple Creek. Both store personnel were kind and considerate and answered all questions.

Truck was rented to me with the check engine light on, the tire pressure light AND a notification on the dash that said SERVICE TIRE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM. Additionally, there was something under the truck that sounded like scraping metal the whole drive. Denver to Phoenix. Notified drop off location of all lights and sounds and they were very apologetic.

It would be valuable to add a better fuel discount. I returned the truck with half a tank of fuel and now I'm out that money because I didn't know how much it would take to go long distance. After spending $100 in gas it would be nice to get some back.

I did have an issue with my first drop off location. I did not get notified of a change and when I went to my original drop off site the person at the front counter was just awful. He said he would not take my trailer and I needed to take it the second location. He refused to be helpful and I finally had to tell him if he would not be more helpful I would just leave the trailer in front of his gate. He did give me the location of the new drop off location but only after I raised my voice. Awful customer service… I've used uhaul a lot recently and never had this type of trouble before. I will never use that location again.

Truck had a half tank of gas when I got it and also had transmission issues. Also had my appointment moved to another location that was entirely out of the way for a 17ft truck. Once I arrived, the rep told me there was no 17ft truck at this location so I had gone to this out of the way location for nothing. Never using U-Haul again after this experience.

The truck was beat up. Drivers door was misaligned and would not close properly. Graphics were peeled off. Transmission never shifted correctly. I would not take this truck cross country. This location did not offer Furniture dolly. Overall, not a good experience.

I called and asked if I could drop off at another location. I was quoted it would cost 40 dollars more. I got charged 275 dollars. I'm NEVER USING U-Haul again

Neighborhood not great but the gentleman who helped me this morning was great.

1) The truck was filthy - cab sticky, cargo area needed to be swept. 2) Incredibly bad steering/shimmy problem above 45 mph. 3) Broken pieces in cabin - center compartment and parking brake handle. 4) Waited a very long time as the clerk attempted to help another customer with faulty trailer lights. He clearly didn't know what to do. 5) I never received a receipt for my rental.

I had a reservation at a different location closer to me, but was notified of a change at the last minute due to an extended rental by someone else. Had to drive further to get my rental which resulted in more mileage on the rental and a higher fee. The clerk did not explain the fees well and was not very helpful. I was hoping for a quick basic rental so I could get rid of some old furniture, but spent more time and money than it was worth. I hope I can avoid having to rent from Uhaul in the future.
