The truck was beat up. Drivers door was misaligned and would not close properly. Graphics were peeled off. Transmission never shifted correctly. I would not take this truck cross country. This location did not offer Furniture dolly. Overall, not a good experience.

I called and asked if I could drop off at another location. I was quoted it would cost 40 dollars more. I got charged 275 dollars. I’m NEVER USING U-Haul again

FAITH N1) The truck was filthy - cab sticky, cargo area needed to be swept. 2) Incredibly bad steering/shimmy problem above 45 mph. 3) Broken pieces in cabin - center compartment and parking brake handle. 4) Waited a very long time as the clerk attempted to help another customer with faulty trailer lights. He clearly didn’t know what to do. 5) I never received a receipt for my rental.
