REBEKAH MCheck in and check out was fast and easy. The truck was clean and in top shape except the drivers door seal seemed very loud while on the expressway. All in all I was very satisfied with the truck and the professional quality of the people and services at U-haul.

GERARD JThe service at this location is excellent. The truck was clean, but it is old and in overall very poor shape. It drives terrible. It needs to be replaced for a better driving experience.

KEN NUnfortunately, the AC in my truck only lasted the first few miles. Once I was home and loaded the vehicle the AC blew only warm air for the remainder of the day. I was forced to drive on highway shirtless with the window down while sweating along the way. The highway noise didn't help. While driving a relatively shorter distance to return the vehicle it started to lightly rain. Additionally I filled the gas tank past the required level and there was no way to be reimbursed.

kais mI signed up to pick up the truck via the app. So we got to the location a little early so we could make sure we followed all of the instructions correctly. Unfortunately the app would not allow us to do the transaction and said we had to call. When I called they said the store did not open until 10am and didn't have a lockbox for the keys. So we had to wait for a representative to help us. It was fine, we weren't in a rush but you guys should update the app to only allow for the locations where you can complete the pick up yourself.
David JDriver side windshield wiper stopped working during the middle of driving on a rainy day. It did not feel safe, trip took longer than needed bc he needed to see. Also employee made joke about sticking head out the window to see the road.
NiChelle BFirst time renting uhaul truck. Great experience overall. Marius at Your Attic Storage was really helpful in keeping track of our reservation and everything else that came with it.
