Quote states $1,09 per mile. Charged $1,39 a mile. Never notified rate increased until after I was charged and the vehicle was returned. Ryder truck rental is nearby and I could have used them since they would have been cheaper after the $0,3 per mile increase. Very disappointed.

High customer satisfaction. People were friendly and helpful. They had all extra parts to my towbar that I had misplaced.
WINNIE BUsually this place is excellent, but I must put it one star lower as this time they did not have the truck that we reserved so we had to use a van. Thankfully, everything still fit and it was the same price as the truck. I do think we should be given some sort of discount or money back for the trouble though.
