After pickup we started losing and discovered left over items from previous use. A door to a tv stand and some old birthday cards. We were required to dispose of them!

The customer service at this location was poor. They did not check us in properly, nor out in a timely manner. We ended up getting charged for a late rental return, which was not the case at all.

The mileage was not recorded correctly for prior customer. I used less than 5 miles and was likely 2 miles yet as the mileage was not verified by myself or uhaul location I was billed for 60 miles. This location is in middletown and I moved from middletown to middletown. No side trips no reason to be wrongly overcharged other than my error in not checking mileage when I took the uhaul and the uhaul location being wrong in not managing there uhaul fleet accurately

1. They didn’t have the 26’ foot truck we reserved, so we had to go down to a 20’. 2. When we arrived the night before to pick up the truck, as scheduled, they didn’t have it. 3, The guy inside said that the next day, when he came in at 3pm, he would give us a discount for our troubles. That didn’t happen. 4. U-Haul customer service said they gave us a $50 credit for the mix up. They didn’t. 5. We did finally get our truck the next morning, at full price, but they didn’t have the furniture dolly that we had also reserved ahead of time. 6. Customer service is supposed to call us back about the now open case on the matter. We’ve heard nothing yet.

Don’t have an unhooked dolly in the truck when it costs to rent the dolly. I had my own dolly and the representative insisted on me leaving it in there. It would’ve been in my way and I’m glad I resisted his insistence. Customer service needs improvement.

I had trouble when I returned the truck because I locked the truck, then put the keys in the box, and THEN tried to check out in my phone. When I was panicking that I could see the odometer to verify my mileage, I called the main number and the guy who answered said he’s take care of it for me. I was relieved! Great customer service!!!

The service rep. was extremely unfriendly. First,I got a truck, before I got in, I checked the surroundings and found out that the mirror was broken! I went inside to talk about it, and the rep said “ yeah, we know, we have it in the system”. Can you imagine how dangerous it could get!!! Guess what after driving 2 miles the mirror came off! I had to drive back without my right mirror to get another vehicle. I got a can this time, which smell live stock, terribly, very hard to breathe inside. When I got back,I could not check out through the app. Can you guess why? Because the rep gave me the paper work for W1565 where I drove W1564! I dont even know what would happen if I was in an accident or so! Definitely try to avoid the services again, if I have to I will go to different location

The truck we were provided did come with some damage to the side and we were only provided 10/12 moving blankets we rented, but uhaul did not attempt to charge us additionally for either.
