Equipment was clean but it got all my belongings wet through the rainstorm and there was nothing the receiving location could do as far as refund or dealing with soaking wet mattresses and ruined shadow boxes.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPickup went really well, Chris was extremely kind and helpful. When we dropped the moving truck off, we had trouble downloading the app and then uploading all the pictures required felt like a lot, it took us a lot longer to turn it in than we expected. But overall our experience was great. If the drop off process was simpler, that would have made it even better.
Christa KPickup was complicated, because my area was low on stock for the equipment that I needed. And I went to the wrong address initially. Driving, packing and unpacking went very well!
DILLON SBrakes on the trailer where slapping the truck when braking and pulling the truck really hard when taking off
