Truck was not pulled out and ready to drive off lot. Parked tightly between two other uhauls and there was another U-Haul that was pulled out and ready literally right behind the one that was mine. It was off hours so after calling the number there were no other trucks available and no other locations available. Was told to take pictures of the situation and try to pull it out. Took almost an hour just to swing the U-Haul out past the two parked and avoiding the one right behind me. Also couldn’t use the mirrors to help back out because had to pull them in just to squeeze through the two trucks on both sides.

ALVIN DEasy, great and very affordable and the 🍒 on top was the excellent customer service that was provided from the staffs
Chinoye rExtremely difficult to do the Mobil pick up. Too many steps. Extremely difficult to get in touch with someone to help when you are at the location. Phone calls take way too long when you need immediate help and you are there to pick up.
Vonda CGreat selection of trucks, very helpful and courtesy staff!
