Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisProcess was super easy!
Dona PIt was pretty easy to both pickup and drop off the truck from within the U-Haul app.
Jared R1) Even after uploading my Driver's License Front/Back photos - the site was unable to see them and had to take pics themselves. This happens almost every time 2) The drop-off location had changed after I made my reservation, which happens to be quite a way further from me. I called the pick-up location and they confirmed I could return it there and they worked to get the drop-off location back to the pick-up location - Great Service on their part! 3) I was standing in the rain to take photos of the trailer, Drivers Side, Rear Door, Cargo area, Front, and somewhere in the process it jumped to having been completed before I could finish taking the pics. I thought it was me, so I went to retake the photos and got down some u-haul rabbit hole until I saw that the rental was completed. I didn't know if it was successful or NOT - I assumed which is never 100% accurate for me.
Jim MHard to get in gate without code.
