I reserved a tow dolly in Jackson WY two months in advance. They had three there. I drive by daily. The day I was scheduled for pick up I was told they didn't have any. I had to drive over 100 miles to get one. Then I had motorhome issues and was 5 days in Salt Lake getting it fixed. When I got to lake Havasu I contacted Uhaul. I was one day late. Told the lady I wanted to drop off the dolly there. She said it would be an up charge to drop it off in Havasu but if I took it to Yuma she could extend it for no charge. I paid in full when I picked it up. Now im getting a bill for the entire rental again. I'm a seasonal work camper. I move every six months using a tow dolly. I've always had good service from uhaul. This charge of 189.00 extra is ridiculous. Apparently I was lied to when I was trying to drop it off in Havasu. I hung onto it without a car on it for four more days so I could take it to Yuma like the lady asked me to. She changed my due date to the day I returned it I was told for no charge. Why am I being billed for the whole rental again?

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI called to arrange drop off and their representative met us at the location within 5 minutes. The check in process could not have been easier. We advised the agent on staff we were heading over Teton Pass and he noted that our Ford F-250 with slide-in camper was subject to the new Wyoming 22 Teton Pass authorization program and to avoid a possible fine he directed us to the WYDOT certification page. I quick jumped on and went through the certification protocol and avoided what would have been an unexpected fine.

Marie JKris was responsive and helped get the trailer I needed, the man who helped out at the site was great as well.
Steven WI didn't realize this was a self drop off location. Once I figured it out, it was relatively easy to self drop off.
