The guy who rented me the truck was great. The truck bed was very dirty when I got it, but that wasn't the big problem. When I returned the truck, the lady who was working was so rude. She was mean, ignored me, and charged me for insurance that I definitely didn't sign up for. When I asked her about it, she said that is how it is; if I don't like it, I can call customer service. I will not be going back.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMs. Ponder at the pickup was very helpful and Bailey was great at the drop off thanks great team players.
Perry UAttempted to do mobile check-in and could not. Had to walk in to store to get keys and had to walk in to drop off. No key box. Windshield glass has a big crack, and the passenger side would not properly seal in air so there was a noise to the drive at all times. There was a dirty piece of furniture inside the truck, which I had to leave there as I was not going to go out of my way to take it to a bulk trash drop. Second issue I have had with this location and I only used it because it was the only 15" truck available for the date near me.
FRANCISCO VPara mí todo está bien y creo que para cualquier cliente es una buena opción
