Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPickup instructions were not clear and the person at the salon had no idea what to do. The truck was clean but rode very roughly and may need maintenance. Truck was not clearly marked so that we could identify it quickly. Had to contact the manager twice, once we obtained her number, for assistance on how to proceed. We wasted an hour just trying to pick up the truck and had to extend the time of the rental.
Jennifer AIn general everything went well. Communication on where the drop box is for the key could be a bit better. Took us a few to find it.
