Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSomeone that speaks English would of been real helpful
Jason WGreat truck. Was clean and maintained.
Brandon SNo one speaks English, unbelievable this is the United States of America. Even the phone message is Spanish, had to drive 30 minutes each way just to find out they were closed. It took three trips to get the U-Haul returned. I’m sorry to be like this but you need to know. Not saying the staff at the drop off location were not capable just the communication barriers were not easy to work through.
Skipper KPrepare for multitude of charges regardless of condition when returned. If you use app to return it your info is sold, chances of drop off location being open is slim so they will find way to charge you. Other than that truck was working order and equipment was fine...the corporate end is scammy.
