STEVEN DInstall better signage. A little difficult to ascertain the access point. I would like to commend the owner of this location. A very nice man, calm, confident friendly and helpful. Pick up here was a very pleasant experience.

Javier AThere was a lot of homeless people all over the parking lot. The app was not as easy as it was promoted. When I finally got the keys and drove it to my location it was pad locked and no key was provided. The location was not open for several hours and this delayed my move. I had the lock opened so I could move forward with my move. This caused a lot of stress. The online contact did not call me back and was not helpful.
