Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged for safe move coverage when I had already opted out and returned the truck with the same amount of gas and was charged $10 to add more fuel. I have photos to prove where the gas meter was. I want a refund.
Amanda HShouldn’t double book a truck on the same day. Never know if someone might need to make an extension.
Jaquel WDrop box is located a bit far from where the vehicles are parked, but otherwise this location worked well for picking up and dropping off.
Jason RAnswered “No” because nobody live was working at the rental drop off location at around 10am on a Saturday 8/22/26). Used the U-Haul app and key drop-off box to return vehicle.
