I would only recommend taking rentals to real uhaul facilities.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMike was very personable, helpful, communicative and efficient even in the Tucson heat! Nothing to improve!
SHEILA HMike was extremely helpful with his part of the process. When rental was confirmed, I was told truck and trailer turn in and storage unit were the same location. Had to leave the trailer, was sent to a storage location that didn't have any units large enough before finally getting sent to another facility with a unit big enough. The staff at the 3rd location were very helpful. This all took place after I had been on the road for 10 hours. Poor coordination
john dGreat customer service!
Laura MVery pleasant staff, but poorly marked location & no main entrance. Thankful there was a phone number to contact the staff, otherwise wouldn’t have known where to drop it off
