greg h | Overall ExperienceMy only negative experience was the day I moved into the unit. I felt that the employee in the office was very rude. I was informed that there would be a lock in the unit the day we arrived and there was not. I went to the office to get a lock and was basically accused of lying when I told her there was not one. Hesitantly she provided me a lock.

John D | Overall ExperienceThe unit was very clean and conveniently located. I appreciated having access to the trolleys to help make the move easier. My only issue was that there was no lock provided in the unit of which I received a message letting me know that it would be. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, she informed me that it should be in the unit and there should be a green tag on it. I informed her that there was neither a green tag nor a lock. She reluctantly gave me a lock. Otherwise, no issues.
