It is humidity and temperature controlled, which was my main reason for choosing this facility in the first place; there was never once a problem - The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help me with anything I needed. Always clean, helpful, safe, and Bobbie Sue is extremely responsive. Restroom facilities were always available and clean. I appreciated that there's plenty of carts. I liked that you had an 'excess' area for unwanted, but still usable items - very ecological-minded.
