Zachary I is amazing. He understands the struggles of securing the storage units, understands the assignment and always greets you with a snail instead of being scripted. He has been my “Go To” over the last 5 years. My daughter has now graduated from OSU so we will no longer need storage in Stillwater but I truly feel that if I ever have a UHaul question or concern he will be the first one I call. Thank you Zachary for always treating me like a true friend and not just a number. Enrique
