Jordain T | Overall ExperienceThe facility is dilapidated, dirty and unsecure. There were two doors to my unit one with someone else's lock. I'm assuming U-Haul's locked on it. They should not have access to my storage unit unless I give the two of them. The door you had to pull out on while pushing up or else it would catch him was unable to get it open. An alarm would sound every time I open the door. Think code did not disarm the alarm. This facility is the worst I've seen in one of the most expensive in the area on top of that. Would not recommend.

I had some issues with employees being not very knowledgeable or helpful but that was awhile back. And Melissa the manager has always been good! The only other thing was the price now.
