I made a reservation to move into a unit days in advance. I loaded the truck, drove 6 hours (Saturday) to find out that the ONE person who can rent the room would not be back until Monday and the person that was up front was there to “babysit” the property. I start my new job Monday and had to return the truck by Sunday. Long story short, they lost my business and I ended up storing with Extra Space.
