JOSEPH RThe app and web experience was pretty terrible - it couldn't recognize my GPS, so it thought I was at the wrong location, the options wouldn't refresh, it would have me start over for no reason. However, the people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, and the vehicle itself was great.

Dennis BI started at another location on Tuesday and was never told they would be closed after I verified that I would be picking up there. Very unprofessional. I had movers coming so I was desperate and I called uhaul 1- 800 number and so thankful that the girl was able to get me another truck at this location. This location was top notch and very friendly and helpful. My first location was Mail Central on Ridge road in Douglasville. She never once communicated to me that they would be closed. I know now I could do mobile pickup but at the time I found out they were closed I didn't have time I had to find a truck and get there for the movers. Very frustrating no communication from mail central at all.
