I have been using U-Haul for over 4 decades. My experiences have always been smooth and positive. I have a small issue with this move. It was not explained to me that there are 3 different terms for using a hand truck for different things. The equipment they supplied was of no help. I paid extra for this equipment which I have never had to do. I asked for a refund for the useless piece of equipment and was told without question that they would not refund. That money could have been a help to me and made no difference of any consequence to the company. It's the least they could have done for a loyal customer. I am disappointed and will hopefully never need U-Haul again.
SALLI NUpon return, the only problem I had was I had to stop. The guy was pretty fast but not fast enough for me to just keep rolling through.
