I did a reservation. I went to pick it up and watched the video's on how to do everything..... It took me ONE hour and THREE people to help me get the U-Haul I reserved. I do not like this virtual stuff but the 3rd person was the charm. She walked me thru everything and waited while I did my part.

What you can do to improve the customers experience is not charging fees that do not apply towards the customer.
Mary HAutomated processes were very frustrating. I won’t go back to this location. Checking out the truck had way too many digital steps. Checking in was a challenge. I had to take so many pictures in the freezing rain. Very disappointing.
John ZI do not care to speak with someone on a kiosk. Also, not one single person told us we would be charged a $20 fee for returning the vehicle outside business hours (Sunday); NOR or an environmental fee (as small as it was). And, why do I have to pay taxes on something I am RENTING; NOT PURCHASING.
