The staff at Crazy Rays were great. The 15 ft truck I was first given had: unbalanced tires, the exhaust manifold was loose and made a lot of noise, and the steering wheel had too much play in it. I returned it to Crazy Rays after I had put our boxes in it . They called the Uhaul Field Manager (Wahab Ramey) for a replacement and he stated that he had drove the truck for 100 miles and he was aware of all the problems and that I should just take it and drive the 480+ miles to get to our destination. I had already filled up the tank ($70 plus) but I refused to drive it and waited for another truck. The new truck was OK except the ignition was tricky and several times I had difficulty starting or turning off the ignition. The auto transport trailer-when I turned it into the Econolodge drop off, the staff said that they could not believe that they used that trailer for my personal truck, as it looked like my personal truck was too large (it barely fit) When I dropped off the 15 ft truck in Titusville, the staff there said that due to the miles on that truck, it should not have been used for interstate travel and should only be used for 1 day rentals. The 800# customer service agents were great and able to handle our drop off changes. We have used Uhaul in the past but have never had such a poor experience. Will not use Uhaul again after this experience.

Easy checkout and easy checkin. Five stars to rent vehicle
Polly PThe location wasn’t an issue it was the fact that the reservation was changed 4 times and when we arrived at this location to pick up the truck we had to make another reservation with a phone representative for whatever reason. On top of that I made the reservation for 7 we were not able to get the truck until 8:15 putting us way behind schedule. Overall this was just a poorly managed reservation.
