The employee seemed to be on drugs. When we pulled in he approached us with out a uniform or any way for us to identify him as an employee and acosted us. Once we finally realized he was an employee and not a customer we tried to explain to him how terrible his customer service was but he kept talking over me and yelling at me. Terrible experience. They told me the truck was full of gas but it was at 3/4. The windshield had a big crack from a rock or some sorty of road debris obscuring my vision. It rattled very loud like a heat shield for the exhaust was loose. The truck had terrible alignment and pulled to the left.
