I ordered a U-Haul a week before I ordered this one and the truck was not at the pickup location and I got no answer from the place I ordered it from ! U-Haul did not honor the $50 for the truck not being there , I ended up finding another location on my own which was about 10 miles further .

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOdd location, no real parking for the trucks and the after hours return process was annoying and time consuming.
Phillip PThere was a small amount trash in the cab. Not a big deal but could have been easily cleaned up.
Michael VThe UHAUL check-in process is ridiculous and over engineered. The app was awful, continued to crash and would not allow me to properly document existing damages to the vehicle. There was trash in the cab of the truck. The verification process to confirm my identity is also overly complex and inaccessible for many people. 2 separate verifications in which I have to ask people to take time out of their day to confirm my identity is asinine. I’ll use penske or something next time I need a truck. No fault to the gentlemen at the location though. This review should not reflect poorly on their performance, only serving as a critique to the Uhaul company itself.
MAVERICK CIn and out. Very efficient.
