They rented me a truck with the check engine light on and said it was okay to drive. Not ok. The truck had branches/ Debris. Also on the ramp Very frustrating during a move! I would not recommend this location!!!!!

JUDY OThere was nobody to help hook up the trailer. I had to pick up the 6 by 12 trailer by myself. The woman at the location was not able to lift it. When I got home I found there was a padlock on the trailer and could not be opened. I called and she said she would call me back. She did not call back until 1 hour later. By that time I had broken it off myself. When I returned it there was nobody that could unhook it for me. She sent me to another location to drop it off there. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U haul.
