WILLIAM BThe internet app is very scattered and frustrating . when looking for my account i receive advertisements,. iIm trying to open my order no which is on the screen and it asking me for my long in information. Way too much time spent on this internet app. very frustrating. Both pickup and return internet questionnaires took way too long. the service was great. I made the mistake of calling to reserve instead of using the internet first.
dennis wThe store attendants were not knowledgeable at all about the process. I took 20 minutes for them to give me the keys because they insisted on calling someone who was remote to verify that I was legitimately renting the van even though I had the confirmation screen pulled up that said show this screen and the keys will be given to you. I rented the truck for 11 and left the store at 11:30. I was in a hurry and this was very frustrating. The only positive was that they were open on Sunday when others were not.
STACY PYou changed the pickup location from around the corner to a hours drive. Why change the original reservation. That is not the definition of RESERVATION.
