Uhaul needs to improve/fix their app so that during the return process, the location can be verified simpler. The app did not properly request my location, & then it would not scan the on-location barcode either when I requested that as the backup. Otherwise all went smoothly & the manager at Applegate was very helpful.

NOTHING! The representative was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She had a steady flow of customers, yet she was fast and friendly. The truck was clean and well maintained. This was a pleasant experience.

I have rented from this facility before, and have always had perfect transactions. Not enough can be said for the woman that runs this facility. Best customer service I've ever received. This goes a long way, especially with the anxiety and pressures of trying to get moved.
