Worst U-Haul experience ever. Rented a 26' truck online from Woods in Sunrise Beach. Day before we picked up the truck, got an email confirming date and time but pick-up location was different. Showed up at the newclocation and was told they didn't open for an hour after our scheduled pick up. We were on a tight schedule and needed the truck at 0800! After numerous phone calls we were FINALLY able to get the truck. I've used U-Haul many times in the past and not had issues like this.

BRADLEY AThe guy straight up lied to us. Said he'd take care of everything. I told him I would clean it if I had to but the condition it was in was the way I got it. I never used sticky notes which were in the cupholders, maybe SOME of the dirt was mine but I was the only person in the cab and the whole cab was dirty. Then he marks us down at an 1/8 tank when he confirmed on site it was 1/4. The guy is a liar with no integrity
TEGAN SIt is small inventory but had the unit I needed and was close to me. Huge pluses.
