The lady in the office was very helpful. Had me follow her through the property to park the trailer and then unloaded it. The whole experience was very quick and she was friendly just like the staff and Eugene.

JOSEPH SSome staff were very rude when trying to extend service, tried charging card a higher than actual rental amount before communicating the actual amounts. Overall this rental was below standard.
ELIJAH RWe arrived at 9:30 am and the office was open. We had a reservation for 10am. We were told they are “open” but they are busy doing paperwork and we needed to wait until 10 am. Pls note that they were not busy and we seemed to just be an inconvenience for them. Finally when we were checked in , they gave us the keys to the truck and told us the gas tank was 3/4 full. No other directions. At the truck we noticed the gas was 1/2 full. We informed them and they seemed put out that they had to get up and check the gas gauge to confirm… but they did and noted it on the receipt. Upon returning the truck a different person was in the office and took the keys said someone later would check the truck and I would get a receipt in my email. I received a email the next day with my receipt. The truck was clean and we had no problems with the truck. Next time I will try the UHaul on Beach and see if they are more customer friendly.
