I have rented a van at Security Public Storage multiple times. They are customer focused and very easy to do business with. The rentals are clean and process is seamless. U-hauls prices are excellent and variety is perfect. Though Security is small, they seem to have a solid breadth of U-hauls offering.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisParking is difficult. The truck we got was a rattle trap with 157,000 miles on it and a front end that was loose as a goose. All over the road. Steering a challenge. The truck WAS clean and ready to go - great A/C. Closing the gate on the backend was extremely difficult. I would recommend this location. The price was reasonable. The people were friendly and helpful.
Paul MI did not like the mobile app feature to rent the truck because of the secondary contact information. The location of this rental place does not offer allocate space to reverse the rental truck. The only amazing thing about this experience was the staff member being friendly and very helpful in completing my check in. The mobile check in required too many pictures for customers to be doing.
Andrew VThe fuel price discrepancy was incorrect; I had to pay an extra $10 to $15 for gas each time I rented the car.
Jasper VAll good
